Hi! Can you provide any more details? When did they say this would take place ? So will the royal and the gran caribe not be sister resorts anymore? Does this mean that guests who have reserved the higher suites at the gran caribe won't be able to go to the royal? Will royal guests be able to go to the gran caribe ? Will any renovations be done?

Hey !! I have booked the royal cancun and the gran caribe real for a one week Vacation. Our wedding date is January 25, 2014!!! How is your planning coming along???

Hey just checking in to see how your planning is going?! I have chosen my resort I chose the Royal Cancun and the Gran caribe real. my guess will be staying in both of the resorts half and half I sent my invitations out in end of March and the RSVP was the beginning of May. We have about 40 people coming to our wedding. Other than that I have my wedding website done and I have chosen my dress I hired my DJ and I hired my photographer. Now I'm looking into bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen attire as well as mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses. I hope you can share how you're planning has been!!!!

Kaitlyn! I love your pictures !! I am getting married January 2014. I have done a site visit last winter as a vacation and that is when we decided to get married at THE Royal. We are having half our guests stay at the royal and half at the gran caribe. Your wedding looked flawless! May I ask what your timeline was like? From morning to night? Which photographer did you choose? Also what were your menu choices for the cocktail hour a dinner? What flavour of cake did you choose!? Was everything yummy? Your dress is stunning!! I tried that dress on while trying to find my dress. It's breathtaking !! That's really too bad that you got sick you can't even tell in your pictures!!! A wonderful wedding !!! Xoxo

Hey! I'm getting married January 25, 2014. Half our guests will be staying at the GCR and the other half at The Royal. Everyone has already booked their vacations !! I'm working with Estela as my wedding coordinator. I am finding things to be going well so far. I have reserved DJ Doremixx . I am still trying to decide on a photographer! We will be getting married on the beach at 4 then a cocktail hour in the gazebo and dinner reception just off the gazebo. Just trying to figure out all the other details now like flowers and centrepieces and decorations. Looking forward to following all the upcoming 2014 GCR and Royal brides !!!!
