So when you say "box" did you bring all your stuff in a box, not a suitcase?? If so, do you know who much it cost to do that?? also, do you think im ok if I make copies of the reciepts to give to my family that is helping me take some of the items?? Hope that makes sense:) Thanks for the info!!

Im sure this has been discussed but as I am working on details of planning some questions have come up:) Im starting to have anxiety about packing things..lol..I know im less than 6mos. away, but I am a planner. For those of you that did welcome bags, how did you pack them. did you wait till you got there to put the items in the bags?? also, many of you have said there is not an issue when travelling with so much stuff, but If i chose to divide up my stuff to some of my family members to travel with, will they all be stopped and asked why they have maracas, candles, etc.??? I know someone mentioned showing reciepts to the staff in the airport, but if I divide up the stuff will everyone need to show reciepts?? Thanks for the help:) also, when is the meeting usually scheduled with the wedding coordinators at the resort? We want to schedule some things and Im afraid they will mess up my meeting.

My fiance and I are trying to plan some things to do while we are there with our guests. We are wondering what kind of entertainment goes on at the resort itself at night?? How is the bar/club scene, if any?? we don't want our guests to have to travel to cancun/playa del carmen if there is plenty to do at the resort itself at night:) thanks so much.

Hey ladies, it has just come to my attention that I do not like the legal script for the ceremony at all:( Does anyone know if it is able to be changed or altered?? I really don't want to have to get married ahead of time just to have a symbolic ceremony. Any advice?? Thanks

Ok so after talking to some of you I have a couple questions. My wedding date is November 16, 2013. I sent save the dates out back in nov. to give everyone a full year to save and book thier trip. When is a good time to send out the invites? Also, when should I say I need the response cards back by? Or do you put something on the invites about when you have to book your rooms by?? I just want to make sure im putting all the correct info on my invites. Thanks so much:)

We have only had about 4 rooms that have been booked so far. Does anyone know how much it costs a guest to come for the day to the wedding. They may have to use a timeshare at a different hotel. Trying to figure how much it will cost them?? Also, does anyone know if the Secrets Silversands is close by?? Thanks:)

Were your colors coral by any chance?? Hello Ladies:) This has been the most helpful site I have found. I am in the early stages of planning here, but alreay have so many questions. First of all does it sound realistic to have a ceremony and beach reception, plus our rooms and flights for around$5000.00. We will probably have around 50-70 people attending.We are only paying for our own airfare and room of course. I keep reading that alot of you bring your own decor. How do you get it all there?? I am feeling very overwhelmed and Im trying to stay positive:) Thanks ladies.
