$35 is very reasonable. Which flowers did you include in your bridesmaids bouquets?

Do you remember how much the average bridesmaid bouquet was? Do you know if Calla Lillies or peonies were part of the options? thanks!

Me again Was there an option to pick up the flowers instead of the delivery fee? (could be a good job for my dad and FFIL) Do you know if Marvin's shop is close to the resort? I guess $100 isnt thaaaaat bad if you are saving a ton of money...

(centrepieces, bouquets and boutonnieres) Did your package through the resort come with a bride's bouquets/ centrepiece etc? Are you just forgoing those items or did you work someone out with your wedding planner? Is marvin dropping off the flowers to the resort? Sorry for the 1 million questions! And thanks again!

I want a pool side reception, but haven't actually requested one...I will do that as well. Do you know if the pool side reception always available? or can it get booked up?

We are also using the resort DJ...I have read mostly good things. I am thinking of getting an outside vendor for flowers. I looovvee Orchids and neeeed them at my wedding, I know it will be expensive, but Im hoping I can save a bit of money by going with an outside vendor. I plan on emailing Marvin (now I forget his company name), but it sounds like he provides quality flowers for waay cheaper than what the resorts charge. What are you thinking for flowers? I am also thinking of lanterns (white) for the pool side party. I saw this picture on the Knot (I think) of lanterns on the ceremony chairs tied with ribbon (in wedding colours) and slung over the chairs on the aisle. Very pretty and then the lanterns could be moved to the poolside reception for double duty! I also want additional fabric hung over the top arch for the ceremony...probably white. My colours are fuchsia and royal blue. What are your colours? Do you know if the restaurants have the same table configurations or can you choose? (eg 6 people to a table)

Wow! I should def. ask for a cocktail hour! If we are staying at the Coba, but getting married on the Akumal side, where would the cocktail hour be? thanks again for all your valuable info! We will have approx 30 guests. We are using the resort photographer....I have read mixed reviews on them, but we don't have any guests that could double as our photographer...We are not experts when it comes to photography, so I am just hoping for the best! As I have learned on this site....it almost always works out!

We are doing a pool side reception....I am waiting to figure out the timing for dinner and the reception. Are you going with the resort DJ? What are your travel dates? I have about 1 million questions for my wedding planner (Maria), its sooooo hard waiting to email her until the date gets closer! Which restaurant are you leaning towards?

I am flying Sunwing and my TA says there is an overhead bin reserved for wedding dresses....can anyone confirm this? Also, does anyone know if there is an extra baggage allowance for the bride and groom? Thanks in advance!
