I was also thinking to get all peonies for my flower bouquet. Peonies don't grow in Mexico and are very pricey. Barcelo charged $35 in December for 1 steam and you need from 8 to 12 of them at least. Total price around $300/400. Way to pricey. We decided to go with just white roses. Roses that they are using are fully opened and looks like peonies from far away and on the pictures ( See my pictures in my profile)

Patcaz, We originally had Claudia as WC while planning the wedding, but when we arrived to Barcelo we was switched to Ruth. She is amazing young lady and we cannot be more happy to have her as WC. She did such an amazing job from first appointment when we arrived till last minute of wedding reception. Also from my e-mail experience with WC, don't ask them a lot of questions in one e-mail. I found out it was so much faster (2 day respond maximum) if you will ask them only one or two questions in one e-mail.

Hey ladies! We are back from our amazing trip to Mexico. Everything was more than we could have imagined! We had a wonderful wedding and honeymoon!!! Our wedding ceremony took place on December 7, 2012 at Barcelo Palace gazebo. It was truly the wedding of our dreams. I will post review later and in the meantime I’m posting couple pictures of our beautiful wedding. And for all brides who are still planning the wedding, don’t worry and don’t stress yourself. Wedding coordinators at Barcelo are amazing and will work hard to make your special day perfect!!!! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Did anyone get following e-mail from Claudia?: Hi, There are some new policies about spa reservations, please contact the spa and let them know what services you need for you and your wedding party. As soon as you receive an answer, please send me the confirmation number to update the planning. [email protected] So per another new Barcelo policy , bride should figure out herself what time to make reservations for spa on the wedding day.
