Hi. I know how that feels!! I have a dress that was just ruined in the washer although I've washed it a lot of times but finally the seams on the bodice just fell apart. The dress I have is totally different than the one you posted, but it has the exact same numbers on the label in the side seam!! It is strapless and has a black bodice with a black and white horizontal stripe on the skirt. I am also desperate to find a replacement, but it seems we both may be out of luck. I wish companies like Target kept some of their items for a little longer than just one season! Just when you find something you like, its gone. Well, good luck and keep checking second hand stores and Salvation Army and Volunteers of America stores for donated items.
