Ok so I've had a bit of dress drama lately. When I got my first dress we were planning on a simple ceremony in Maui with 10/12 people tops. But soon enough we had all sorts of people that wanted to go and it got to be too involved to plan a wedding and everyone's trip to HI. Not to mention expensive!! So we moved our ceremony and reception to Now Sapphire in Rivera Maya Mexico. With a new change in venue and a more 'upscale' feel I was feeling unsure and uncomfortable about my dress. So I was able to find another dress that made me feel more comfortable, beautiful and more importantly bridal. Here it is!!! It needs to be altered but I LOVE it!

I feel as if I haven't been on here in forever and I really have missed all you ladies. It's been a busy few weeks for us. We've had our engagment pics taken, booked another 10 people, I got another wedding dress (looooong story), and have got the things ready for our DW boarding pass invites. As soon as I get our pics back and our invites done I'll make sure to post for you ladies!

You're so lucky to have gone down and visited the site. Most of us are going site unseen. If you have pics I'd LOOOOVE to see them so I can get a better idea. I mean the pics they have on the website are beautiful but they're photoshopped that way! Best of luck to you. Btw what day do you get down there? So on our invites it's safe to give our guests two meal options and or veg or allergy info? I just don't want to send that out and then have them be like "Oh no. Only one option" I'd feel like a real jerk telling my guests that they could have what they wanted

They have a sound system that they let you use as part of your package. So if you have an ipod or CDs or whatever and just let them know what the order is your good to go. There's apps out there like My Wedding DJ that does all the organization for you. Good Luck!

OMG I am going through almost the exact same thing!! When I got my original dress we were doing a SUPER small wedding in Maui. It was going to be like 12 people and my aunt was going to officate our ceremony. But now there's like 30 people and we've moved locations I had some major dress regret after looking at all these beautiful gowns. Luckily I got my first dress annnd the second I just ordered at Nordstroms. Gob bless them and their amazing return policy. Anyways, you should check to see if you can return your dress if you've made no alterations and tags still on. If not see if there is a bridal consignment store. We have a few in Denver that are super cute and at least you would be getting some of your money back and not having to deal with wackos on craigslist. Point being is you should be nothing but happy and blissful in your dress. Follow your heart, it's you day!!

Ok so on the topic of invitations...We're getting married May 31 and we're doing our AHR Labor Day weekend 2013. What is proper guidlines to sending out DW invites and invites to the AHR? Do I send the guests going to our DW invites and send everyone else a save the date for our AHR or do I need to send out invites to the AHR? I just don't want anyone not going to our DW feeling snubbed that they didn't get an invite. At the same time not everyone we're inviting to our AHR is invited to our DW. UGH I hate these kind of things...damned if you do and damned if you don't. Please help a sister out with any advice
