I have the strawberry package as well, and I listening to youtube videos of all those instruments playing to cannon D, but I ended up choosing violin as I felt it sounded the best, and my wedding planner Ruth said there wasn't a problem nor an additional charge!

Hello Brides, I am still deciding on my dinner menu, and I'm thinking of having surf and turf but ordering an extra platter of another variety of food from the menu to give my guests a little bit more variety, I'm wondering if anyone has done this and if it cost extra? Also, I have about 6 guests who don't eat seafood, yet I want to have the surf and turf, if any of you have chose that option, were the guests that don't eat seafood allowed to just have the beef without lobster tail? I ordered my save the dates from Magnetstreet.com They were save the date magnets, that had a pic of beach (from an aerial view) and our names were written in the sand. All my guests thought it was really neat that it was a magnet! I did the boarding pass for my official invitations

Hello everyone! I'm at the stage of planning where I need to pick my menu! I know this question has been asked before, but can anyone give their opinions on the menu items! We went for the strawberry passion package, and I have NO idea what to choose!

I'm getting at the tropical April 2014, I'm thinking of taking the strawberry package, could anyone tell me if the package includes chairs and table setting etc the package info isn't very specific and im wondering how much extra i'll have to pay on top of the package price 3500

For any of you brides who have gone with the strawberry passion wedding package, did you find the package didn't include enough? It states no where about flowers or table setting or chair decorations and I'm wondering if that all costs extra? If it does could you send me the pricing info for all the add ons? I'm also getting legally married here in Vancouver. My wedding isn't until spring 2014, and I've decided to legally get married here on the same day that I'm getting married in The Dominican, that way our marriage license will be the same date as our wedding date. I have only told very close family and our witnesses. We are having an officiate from a local spiritualist church officiate our wedding, as she does them all the time. We're just going to book with a small church in the area that our officiate has done small wedding ceremonies in before. Just something super small an intimate, we wanted to get legally married here as I'd rather be legally married in my own country, plus this ceremony is very important for our grandmothers as they will not be able to attend the DW.

I also had the idea of doing a luncheon for my guests. I plan on having it a few weeks to a month after my DW. I plan for it to be 4 hours includeing brunch, my wedding video playing in the backround, and also showing a slideshow from baby pictures to wedding pictures (with an MC talking/joking throughout the show). It's cost effective, simple, and a great way for family and friends who couldn't come to the wedding to come together and celebrate!

I signed on with Vistaprint a few months ago, and although I havn't gotten any coupone for anything free, I do receive emails with discounts from that site alll the time!!!! Better than paying full price!!

That's awesome! Yea I definetly would like the price to be affordable for all my guests as well, its such a hard decision!! I think I've finally decided on Punta Cana, DR and I'm now deciding between Oceans Blue & Sand or Magestic Elegance! It's exciting looking at all the resorts, but definetly stress full knowing they are hugeee decisions!!! I've already began looking into items for welcome bags as well as little decorations here and there I'd like to bring!! Good luck planning as well!!
