    @chrisdeluca - you sound just like me! I have been engaged for over a year, planning and JUST decided today what I am going to do for centerpieces. I was worried about things breaking so I have decided on large candles. I am going to buy small, medium and large candles and place them as my centerpiece. Table runners are 25 dollars at the resort. I figure that will add some contrast to the table and I am just going to buy them there to save me running around trying to find my exact colour here in Canada and 1 less thing to bring. I bought a couple of packages of table jewels to scatter on the tables.

    For those of you who did the sand ceremony, what kind of vessels did you use? All I can find are glass ones and I am nervous about them breaking.

    Ladies, I have a non wedding question that I am hoping brides who just came back from Dominican can help me with. Did anyone travel with a child under the age of 1 year to Punta Cana? Did any of your guests bring their children that may be able to answer a question of mine? Thanks

    I have booked WBA photgraphy. Thier pictures look really nice, I am hoping mine turn out just as nice and we have a good photographer.

    Donna Hewitt - We are arriving Jan 26th wedding day is the 29th. I originally wanted a long table for the wedding party and round tables for the rest of the guests but my numbers keep changing, people adding on and some people cancelling. I also wanted lanterns but haven't bought them yet because I am not sure where to hang them. You might be right about being able to hang them where the head tables is

    It looks amazing! I really wanted the castaways but now it is 5000 $ its just not worth it. We are having our dinner by the pool. Did you see anyone having their reception by the pool while you were there?

    Amazing, thank you!! I have been seeing mixed reviews on the hair and especially the make up and of course it is a concern because we all want to look perfect on our big days

    Desperately looking for recent RECEPTION PICTURES. I really wanted the pool but my reception would have to end by 10 pm. At this point it's ballroom, beach or Carnival. Have any NOW BRIDES had their receptions there? Thanks My wedding is in January.

    Hello! I am also getting married at the end of Jan 2013. I have some difficulty getting in touch with the WC francina, sometimes but I have received some info back. I have been in touch with the photographers and seen some professional photos on facebook if anyone would like that information. It is quite stressful planning a wedding from Canada
