I agree with kmk2016 in getting your TA to give them a quote of their own not your group rate... I guess though if all your spots aren't used up it may just be better nor to stir the pot. I know my TA went through sunwing for our package and for every 11th person we get one free so that may benefit you if you have a package like this. However, we only alloted 30 seats at the set price and then if it's this case then your other guests will get quotes higher after the 30th person...I would check it out... AND you have all the right to be pissed she didn't check with you first! I'm the farthest thing from bridezilla too and I would be mad just because it's the point of her not confirm g with you ahead of time. It's great that you like the family but I would feel it's taking away from me and our time with those 2 guests because they will be with their family not you.. The whole thing is messed up! I never even thought about someone doing that..so glad no one did.. sorry it happened to you!

where did you find TOMS wedges?

sometimes I use a TA and other times I book myself...its all the same...they go online and book exactly what we can book....HOWEVER, with my wedding I went through a TA so if there are any issues she can deal with them and I won't have to...Especially when. u have so many people coming. Just less headache.

hate to be the bearer of bad news but from what the girls have been saying on theBDW GP site the GP is booked up till June of 2015...so that may be a deciding factor...but email them first before ruling it out completely in case they had a cancelation. .. The Sirenis was our TA second choice for us but we have been there and needed a place that has trams for some of our guests. Another resort she compared to GP wad Grand Sunset Princess.. but we picked GP

I love where they have the wedding spot set up. ..I love the many great photo ops Sirenis has...im sure I'll love GP as well

where did you get your bags from?

I believe it's just 2 a day..As 2pm and 4 pm are the choices for times. .but maybe it's 3 because there is 3 locations..beach, beach chapel and church..

I booked through TA would was in Co tact with the resort wedding coordinator but after that initial email I no longer go through T'S I just contact the WC myself. I originally wanted a 4 pm wedding but my T'S didn't get back to her fast enough so now I have a 2pm but it's just a small glitch and I think I like 2pm now better as it will allow us to get more pictures taken after the ceremony. find out if your resort has a wedding coordinator which I think eliminates the need to hire anyone else as it comes with the package.

That's the hard part finding where you want the wedding..now that you have done that you can focus on all the extras. ..happy planning

pddcmc what size bubba are you giving? I felt the same way about bags...it would of cost alot to buy a bag big enough to be useful for our guests.. calgarybride2015 yes I have 2 of the 54 oz ones we took one on occasion but I was too embarrassed to use them lol.. I figure even though our cups are small they will still be a conversation piece because there will be so many of us using them and they are bright orange plus they will be personalized.. The clothes pins are for securing your towel to the beach chairs so it doesn't blow away not a complete necessity but it does help it from blowing around

Yes I finally found Boca clips but they are a little pricey to be buying so many of them. But the large clothes pins I'm sure are going to work the same.. for way less as I found them at dollarama

Is it still the tradition to take your mom dress shopping with you? Or is it your bridal party gals? I'm thinking I'll take my mom, my one sister who is a bridesmaid, and my 15yr old daughter who is also a bridesmaid. should I feel guilty I'm not taking MOH or other 2 bridesmaids?
