Just trying to decide if it's worth it to do menus or not. We aren't giving a choice because certain people ( his mother!) would swear she odered something else! So nobody gets a choice to nip that in the bud! Have ordered and recieved everything for OOT bags, favors and decorations, so I guess I'll just relax for a bit! 2 1/2 weeks? EEEEEK! It will fly by!

We just bought cheap sandelwood fans and tied a ribbon around them to set on the chairs. They were cheap and if it is hot they will have been worth it and if it's breezy, well, they were cheap!

My daughter is doing coral , gray, and white. We gave up on finding the right shade of coral BM dress and went with a light gray. We'll just do the flowers in coral. White tablecloths with a gray and white chevron runner. Coral napkins and chair sashes. White lantern and white wooden letter with a vase of coral and white flowers for the centerpieces.

When do you need them? I have 30 napkins and 60 chair sashes in coral and 5 gray and white chevron table runners.

I made a shutterfly book of engagement pictures for my daughter and her hubby to be. She wants to use it as a guest book.

We are a little over 5 1/2 months away and I feel like there isn't much left to do...that is freaking me out because it seems like I should be crazy busy doing wedding stuff. I feel like I must be forgetting something! Too soon to send the planning form in. Everything else is about done! Did anybody have the resort do menus for them? I am wondering how much they charge for that.

My daughter is getting married in October and I just bought 60 coral chair sashes and 60 coral napkins that we won't need after we get back. If you are interested just let me know.

I think we are just going to gather in the lobby for drinks. We have people coming in on Wed. and Fri. so I think Fri we will just set a time to meet. I cant see paying $28 at an all-inclusive!

Our travel agent went through Apple vacations and everyone booked their own trip through her. We did not have to put a deposit down on anyone elses room, just ours. The final payment is due 45 days before they take off. Does anyone know what size table overlays the round tables at Sapphire take? I need to order, but dont know what size!

Has anyone done or plan on doing the lasso ceremony during their wedding? Just wondering what the resort florist charged for the lasso.

My daughter is getting married at Now Sapphire Oct. 25! So excited! We have made keychains to send with Thank you for booking cards, luggage tags, and have started on OOT bags. Have the centerpieces figured out (pray we have room to get it all there!) I have her hanger, garter, jewel picks for her bouquet. I have started a surprise box for her with a necklace with her new initials (to wear at her reception!) a "bride" cap, and room for whatever else I find! Sent out STD's last month and have 4 couples booked so far. We are hoping to keep it small and not go over the 25 included in the package, but we'll see. She has her dress and shoes, still needs to look at undergarments. Just getting ready to order a garment bag that rolls up into a duffel to transport her dress. Would love to see pictures of anything you all have done!

I haven't been on here for a while! Good to see some new brides out there! My daughter is getting married Oct. 25th and we are starting to get serious about it all! I have a few questions for those of you farther along in the process. Does anyone know the size of the round tables used at Sapphire? I am looking at table overlays and don't know what size to order! Does anyone know if they just transfer the chairs from the ceremony site to the reception site? My daughter would like one color sash for the ceremony site and another color for the reception chairs...also, does anyone know if they get the complementary honeymoon package as well as the wedding package we pay for? Sorry to overload you all with questions, but you know how hard it is to get answers from Anel! Thanks
