  1. yikes, are you going to wanna lug those things around especially without wheels??!! You can find luggage at goodwill for about the same price as a tote and if you don't want to bring it home, you're not really at much of a loss!
  2. Hi, i'm wondering if you found a suit like this, love the look and curious where I could find something like it for a reasonable price.
  3. I have about 40 of them in a large box smaller than a luggage bag, if u "stack" them inside each other it makes them so much easier to pack! And the lids and straws don't take up much space once u do that!
  4. Alright ladies, huge win! Was trying to go through ebates.com to get the 5% cash back and 25% off through Vistaprint in addition to my groupon, but there's no where to enter the groupon promo code so here's what I did... 1- www.vistaprint.com/groupon17 with everything in your cart that you want (make sure you have an account created), enter the groupon redemption code 2- www.ebates.com search for vistaprint where you'll get 5% cash back and 25% off (you'll need an account with ebates if you don't have one already) click the link to go to vistaprint 3- your groupon will be applied already in your cart in addition to the 5% cash back you'll earn as well as the ADDITIONAL 25% off!!! You will have to pay shipping, but after the discount, it'll likely be less than just using the groupon, get it? I'm not sure how much the shipping was because I didn't click through all the way with just using the groupon. With the groupon and other discounts applied it was $13.24 My original cost just using the groupon was 97.94 - 70.00 groupon + shipping (not sure how much) 27.94 total Thru ebates 97.94 -70.00 groupon -25.75 discount because of 25% off + 13.24 shipping 15.43 TOTAL yippeee!!!! And somewhere on here there's a link for the free stuff, you can get one of each i think, I couldn't find it so I just kept the tote I already had in my cart. Price Quantity Return Address Labels 0.18 140 Brochure 0.98 25 Thank you card 0.34 50 Do not disturb 0.35 50 hanging tags 0.34 50 riviera maya tote 0 1 2.19 shipping 13.24 total 15.43
  5. that helps a ton!!! thanks!!! I hate bands so I would likely feel the same about guacamayas, what was the beach bar like? Was it open late and was there a dj? Do you know when the shows were or when the fire show was, was there a schedule?
  6. used the rack cards to do my hanging tags, three to a card. I'll just use a paper cutter to seperate them and punch a hole. The back is solid black for free so I'll likely write the guests' names on them in silver sharpie or something. I've heard that guests will often keep the tag on if it has a name to be able to tell each other's bags apart.
  7. Hey Allie, since the map of EDR is beyond mini, I can't tell where anything is and would like to point guests in the right direction of key locations. Would you help me by pointing out where gazebo 55 is? I know you give directions on your wedding website, but I still can't understand where on the map it is. Also, where is guacamayas and cocotal relative to gazebo 55? We're doing ceremony at the gazebo then moving to cocotal then most likely guacamayas (that's the night club, right?). Also, while I'm asking, what did you think about the night club, good music, fun, etc.?
  8. Alright here's what I've got so far courtesy of Vistaprint! Brochure to be mailed shortly before the wedding: Front: Inside: Do not disturb front: Do not disturb back (didn't want to pay for a full color back when guests will only be resting up for one night, haha!!): Welcome letter to be included in OOT bag: not done yet, also have some return address labels for the invites. I don't care if etiquette says it has to be handwritten, stupid rule! For it to be looked at then thrown away, I make my own rules!
  9. As long as the bag is generic personalized, like the name of the place and not the name of the couple, etc. I feel like I wouldn't want to carry around a bag that said Joe and Sally, but I would reuse one that said Jamaica, Mexico, etc.
  10. yaaaay!! Well David's is an off the rack store (which I didn't know), they should have most everything in your size and every other size. And if not you can order it, but they're super fast! They told me like 3 months and it was only a month. I might have gotten lucky though. Good Luck!!!
  11. Ok, i think we're all on the same page. I'm going to mail mine April 1st and have an RSVP by May 31st.
  12. or 15 bags, one for each couple? When are you guys sending out invites? We have all of the details for our invites now and I just need to tell them that I want them printed. We already did a save the date a year out, but i've heard of people doing invites 5 or 6 months out? I know there will be people booking through other sites (we used destinationweddings.com) because they THINK they can get better deals so I'll need to get their RSVP. Thus, the invites are really only for RSVP purposes. Most of the people who I know are coming have already put down their deposit through our site.
  13. From what I've heard, the casitas are worth it. Just the seclusion alone (from your guests) seems worth it to me. I know its a huge place but I really would like some privacy. Its your wedding and most likely your honeymoon, DO IT! : )
