Hey all! I am aware we can not use outside photographers. But I did read in this forum we could as long they were guest....I am thinking about using HDC photography in Punta Cana and would be paying for a night for them to stay at the hotel or pay for day pass..would this be acceptable?

Did your WC specify the equipment that is provided without the Dj? For example mic, lighting, sound systems, iPod or lab top connections, etc. I am going to bring a friend to do Dj and want to know what he would need to bring to be able to do his job!

I found the easiest way to get in contact with your WC is to call the hotel and ask to speak to your WC. Most of the time they will not be there but someone picks up. Let them know who your looking to speak with and when an email was sent and a message will be left with your WC. The WC will get back to you within 24 hours. I have done this twice this week and Susan has replied back with my email same day. I also wanted to get advice of blocking rooms. Did you guys negotiate rates with the hotel or did your TA? Whats has been yall methods? The rates my TA has received for next Aug is high and looking to get a better rate for my guest.
