Hey, can we can bring an outside Dj as long they are guest? If so, would it be necessary to rent the equipment from BBPD? and would Dj mannia bring the equipment, lighting, etc. I see that they do cold fire works....Would the WC Allows us to do it through the Dj?

I haven't heard from Susana as well. I sent her 3 emails and its been about a month and a half ! I called the resort and was told she was out on vacation and returned on the 7th and have been very busy...hmmm...If that is the case she should have out of office message up.

Thanks for bringing up the question about staying at the adult resorts! I just contacted my TA about it and put the info on my wedding website that they have the option of staying at the Adult resort. ( I have had people complain about the resort price). Thanks once again!

Thanks! I made my Ta aware and she said the only way guest would be put in the adult resort if its overbooked. She said the time if year I'm getting married I don't have to worry about it.

Trivera5521: Thanks! I believe her name is JG Corona who has a video from Tropical Pics. She has a video link she posted on her FB page and YouTube and It seemed to capture all the important parts of the entire wedding day. But I will have to do some more research.

Thank you soo much Trivera5521 for instilling the idea of finding your own photographer and paying for their trip for exchange for photos. I found a photographer in ATL who did my engagement photos 2 months ago and he did an awesome job. When I read what you had did a couple weeks ago, I decided to get in contact with him and offer a "free trip" in exchange for him to cover my weekend wedding.(Welcome dinner/cocktails for 2 hours, 7 hours of the wedding day, and TTD session for 2 hours). They will be flying in Thursday and leaving out Monday and we agreed to give me full rights and they will give me all prints on a CD edited with 30 airbrushed photos. He as well works with his wife and both will be there! This option works out well and it will be a lot cheaper than going with Tropical photos. But I will use their video package. Miss Jali: You have every right to be upset because I would be as well. But I would discuss it with her. As previously stated, if she is having a destination wedding that would be even more F*** up.

For your welcome cocktails at the Carey Lobby Bar where is it located and how would you reserve? if you have pics can you please share? And did you add any extra services during this time? I was looking to do the Cigar rolling during this time and want to save money by diong the welcome cocktail hours at this location. How was your cake? Did they make it the way you wanted? Did you use tropical pics or did you bring your own photographer? Same for the DJ? I am definetly looking for forward to your pictures. Thanks once again.

JRM426 My wedding is being held in the exact locations you held your ceremony and reception... so its great to see how you set things up and get a visual of how my wedding will look like. How much was the fire show and did you hold it during the reception, after, or before? Which package did you select for the cigar rolling? Did you bring your own center pieces or did you get them from the WC? Did you hold a cocktail hour after the ceremony? If so, where did you hold it and do you have pics? if not, what did you guest do to kill time before the reception? Thank you once again!
