Even though we stood at and had our wedding in Paradisus our photographer felt more comfortable in his home base at Majestic. We agreed to have our TTD session there because it only cost us the cab fare, and we thought it would be cool to have a different locale since we already had great beach shots at our hotel. We were also just curious about the Majestic itself. These pics are on the grounds of the Majestic Elegance. He also took us to the "jungle" in the back of the hotel which made for some grittier photos to give it a real TTD feel. It was nice to have shots beyond just the beach. Photos of our traditional Catholic Wedding at Jesus Maestro Parish- We had to keep something traditional because my mom was displeased with our decision to have a destination wedding. Also- we went through our sacraments as adults and I really wanted to have something traditional. Our cocktail hour was back at the hotel at Plaza Colonial and our reception was on the beach. I only wish we had photos of us transporting back and forth because we rented two 12 passenger vans and the groomsmen drove all our guests and the groom and then came to get me. The ride back was hysterical- the bridal party crammed into one of the vans and rushed to beat the sunset for some epic beach pictures. Photo credit to PHIL STEINGARD aka PHOTOPHIL. Elvin and Evelyn's Wedding @ The Paradisus Palma Real. Entire bridal party and guest list stood in The Reserve, Wedding Ceremony took place at the Local Catholic Church- Jesus Maestro in Bavaro, Cocktail hour at Plaza Colonial on the hotel grounds, Reception at Olympus Beach.
