There is actually a destination wedding planning book, I got mine at Barnes and Nobel, its pretty cool. For your binder...hmmm... Tabs/pockets for receipts , inspiration photos, guest list, RSVP/std/ invitation sending. And most important, BUDGET!

Choosing I resort canbe tricky.. My advice would be to talk to a travel agent you trust to narrow it Down, although I'm not expert! Things to think about - kid friendly - do they allow outside vendors -area... Is it quiet or a party area -all inclusive price?you want it to be affordable for your guests, a ta will help tremendously -reviews, obviously, lol - I think a lot of the resorts have wedding guides on their websites, check out their packages to see where you'll get the most bang for your buck

Sophia, 45 guests is awesome! Good for you, before the invites have even been sent? You go girl. We have 20ppl, I'm thinking there could be 5-7 more ppl but that's it. I'm glad it's staying small though, it's really the wedding I have always wanted!

Yea, our prices were Monday - Monday, but we also did 5 day prices....which came to 1250 pp... Depending on where they were flying of.

For an all inclusive for 2 ppl it sounds right,for one person in my opinion it sounds pricey.. I think our resort is on the cheaper side, our guests got 7days for 1500, if they had dbl occupancy..

I second wedding linens direct. Their prices were good I thought...Got my samples super quick as Well! I highly recommend.

Ya, ya know saw some cute knots, like the obi knot( I think) but I was wondering if the wedding staff at the resort would like charge extra for a diff knot or what...plus I plan on attaching starfish to the back of each sash so for mine I don't know if this knot would work...but you sure are on top of things! I wanna post my table set up too! My moh works at a banquet hall so when I get time I'm gonna scoot over there,and use one of her rounds to play around with my set up and take pics. I figure then I can give those pics to the resort coordinator... I won't have to explain it, I'll just give her the pic. I'll share mine as soon as I do!!

Wow. Identical situations dazey. My moh did this. It came time to buy the dress and excuses started being made. Now she never answers my calls. She never said she wasn't gong on the trip, but she is no longer my moh, and is still stringing me along about maybe coming on the trip. It's crazy... But your right. We're all seeing the true colors of the ones we thought were our best friends.

Week five ughhhh....so jelly. I'm a slacker. I'm going to start back up tonight. In it to win it. Oh trust me... When Shaun goes "how y'all doing??" He gets an earful lol.... I think I need a heart rate monitor though dude. Haha I think I almost died a couple times!!!
