    The dowels are a freaking fantastic Idea. If the vases were filled you wouldn't even be able to see the dowel. Allie is the best !!

    Court Wow. I'm really sorry this happened to you! I can't believe they just asked like that! That's rude. I remember reading that some people do help out with the trips, but you can't make them your priority. That probably really but your FI on the spot. My moh dropped out six months after being informed of our wedding, so I have been there with the money and attendants. She never asked for money but she definetly hinted, and I just said I'm sorry you can't come, no hard feelings. This is already costing you a ton and that's absurd to ask for handouts! Hope you get this sorted out:(

    Dw bride I've been wanting to tell you I saw something on Pinterest where you can blow up ballons with baking soda and vinegar, and I think they still float! Just a tip, google it maybe and look into it:) helium is at a shortage right now so maybe they'd do this for u

    Update The .5 worked great! With the beading needle it is a breeze! I would highly recommend the beading needle as they open super wide and you can fit both strands through easily. Thanks dazey! I might try the .25 too depending on if it works for all my pretty beads:D

    The language barrier can be tough(if there is one). I kept asking what size the tables were at my resort so I knew what size the runners and table linens should be, and they kept telling me 18cm.Obviously there was a miscommunication lol. Finally i bought the biggest ones i could and just hope for the best come May! Uhara, is your wedding planner at the resort(if you have a resort), or an independent planner?

    My resort basically said bring your stuff down. They arnt asking many questions, not even what i have. But there are extra charges for set up of course... But I plan on setting everything up how I want it, like my centerpeices, and taking pics. Then I'll get down there are give them the pics so there is no confusion about what it is I want.

    Why not give them out before you all leave? I see some that don't go straight in the hanger, but that sgwiggle and go up, but that's a matter of preference. I google imaged these and a ton of example s came up

    I will prob bring a lot home really, linens and decor and ect. Ill also prob give a few random items to family and wedding party people to put in their bags like the linens. I have a baby though and he will have his own checked bag, so ill prob be able to put a lot in his bag.
