Hi tashaw! I'm getting married at the Paradisus La perla on May 25th! For reception venues I have heard about the gazebo and it holds 50 comfortably. It's really beautiful and a nice private area. I'm not sure if we are going to do a private dinner reception, we will have an hour long cocktail reception and then maybe a dinner reservation at one of the resturants......still up in the air mainly because of the small number of people we are expecting (20-30). We wont know for the next few months. I'm pretty sure they do receptions at the Gabi bar so you might want to inquire about that, looks really beautiful there too! I haven't received or asked for specific reception locations from the WC yet so all of this info is from other BDW brides that have done site visits or gotten further into planning. My plan is to get further into details with the resort when it gets closer and I have a more definite head count! Hope this helps! Happy planning! Hi Katie, First I would set up an account and then design a few items and then add them to your cart. If you let them sit in your cart for a bit the emails will come. I've also tried just ordering something small and when your package arrives there is always coupons that they include! Also look out for groupon deals, they cycle through quite often! We included the website on our save the dates and it was really helpful to all of our guests. We have all travel info and resort info that they could refer to before the formal invite so they could start planning and saving. The invites are going out at the end of sept/early oct! Hope this helps!
