  1. I agree with Tulumbride2013. Check with the WC from the resort. Good luck in finding answers!
  2. OMG! It was like seeing a great sappy movie! big congrats on your wedding and mostly pregnancy! (I'm a midwife.. I like babies! hahaha). Thanks for taking the time..
  3. If I weren't already getting married.. I'd ask you! Thanks a LOT! btw, you can add me to the official thread for august 6th for the gazebo! It'll be my third trip at this resort..I just love it!
  4. Did anyone painted the amols one to fit their wedding colors?
  5. Wow, it's hard to imagine all those being ruined! Good things those workers are amazing! I thought about lime green but I'm wondering how I can manage a bouquet with those colors!
  6. So I'm looking into wedding colors. My invites were silver and black which I find really chic, but I was looking into brighter colors for my bouquet and as accents. I'm really drawn to plum but thats another dark color. So I was wondering if anyone had plum in their bouquet from the resort. I can't download the brochures yet, still working on my 150 posts! Thanks!
  7. Great ring and great picture of them! Congrats on your wedding!
  8. Everything looks awesome!! Don't forget to bring your glue gun to MX in case something falls! And best of luck bringing it all down there!
  9. oh no!! that's really too bad! I'm sure people will still find a great use to them. Have fun ironing!
  10. Wow! amazing to see that dress in the water.. very beautiful! congrats on your wedding!
  11. Here's my engagement ring. It was really hard to find something different I found! But fell in love with this one! Will report back later with a pic with the band. They came together and I find they complement each other so well!
  12. I'm not sure that's true as I read that Mexicans can get a divorce here if they've been here for something like 6 months. So if Mexicans can get divorced here, I'm pretty sure we could too. Not that I plan to or wish that on anyone! As for us, we've decided to go for the legal ceremony even though it'll be more stuff to do stuff to pay for.
  13. HAHAHHAHA thanks for the laugh!
  14. I agree, I like that mix. I like the idea of having lime balloons! I think it'll really pop!
  15. Amazing! Thanks for posting that, it's really cool to see the results after seeing what alterations you had asked for!
  16. We also met online. We wanted to meet pretty fast but I was leaving for a vacation with my daughter and a friend of mine with her kids, at the exact resort where we are getting married. I came back, the day after we met, 10 days later he moved in! We had a little more than a year after that and 2 years later, we decided to get married!! After years of dating online, I didn't think it would happen for me but it did!!
  17. Yes I uploaded everything since they didn't have my fonts available. It was really quite easy and they made sure that it was the correct size. Very happy with their service! Have fun at Omer de Serres.. man than place is bad for budget! haha
  18. Yes 3 different stamps. I used a guide to stamp the big one first, to align the corner, then I stamped the "passeport" and the date as best as I could. Bought the stuff at omer de serres. Walmart has some stuff, but mine is renovating these days and didn't have anything. I got the gun from my aunt who does a lot of scrapbooking.. maybe you could ask around. I don't know if you're french but I would gladly lend you my passeport stamp! Also, I had first bought some silver powder that had a lot of glitter and first thought: "wow that's going to be really cool" but ended up being too glittery and we couldn't easily make out what was written. The powder I ended up with is quite dark and is just called "silver". There was a canvas with example at the omer de serres at the Dix 30, dunno if others have it (hadn't seen it the first time around). Hope that helps!
