  1. Finally got around to taking pics of decor I have so far and DIY projects. The decor I purchased from another bride. These are the out of town bags I will be using: For cards: Senor and Senorita signs to put on sweetheart table. You can tell in the pic but they are sitting on little white easels. They also have string to hang them on back of chairs: These burlap squares will be places in the middle of the tables with centerpieces on them: Various shells to decorate around centerpieces. I haven't decided on centerpieces yet, I plan to do either some sort of lantern or glass vase with sand and shells and candles: Galvanized tins to put the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets in and display on tables: Shell table number holders I have 10 of these):
  2. I'm having 30-35 total and will be using iPod and wedding DJ app. I haven't yet figured out what the flow/sequence should be abd who will be responsible for the music, announcements etc. would love to hear what others are doing.
  3. I'm going to get my fiance's band engraved as a surprise and I'm having a hard time deciding. Part of me wants to do something traditional and the other part wants to do something cute/fun. Any suggestions?
  4. how did you get the black line down the back of the postcard?
  5. I think 5 months is a little too long. I have an RSVP date of march 31 and my wedding is June 24. We still have guests choosing this week. It's certainly cheaper to book earlier but due to various reasons we've had a few that couldt book til now. I still have quite a few tht haven't rsvpd and I agree it's rude. However, I'm just assuming if they haven't rsvpd or booked they aren't gong.
  6. great thanks, I really like it combined with Simple Gifts. I'll probably use it as my prelude. So glad i found it!
  7. Your program is great but I have to tell you that I went to youtube to listen to Over the Rainbow/Simple Gifts and I am IN LOVE. Do you have the mp3 that you could share or can you tell me where to get it? Thank you!
  8. My shoes.. I wanted something that would be comfortable but also give me some height. I ordered these after another bride told me about them (jordanb). I just got them yesterday and tried them on and loved them. I figure no one is going to see my feet anyway and I can probably wear them again! I got them from Zappos (http://www.zappos.com/volatile-bridal).
  9. I will post pictures of my DIY projects and decorations I have so far as soon as I take pictures. The color I am using for my wedding is bright coral. I wanted something bright and beachy. Stay tuned...
  10. The dress- Originally I was planning to go with a simple beach dress, but then I tried this dress on and fell in love. I lucked out also that I got it for a steal. It is the Dijon dress by Enzoani.
