I am over halfway through week three of Insanity, I started April 1.  It has been challenging to say the least but I've also started to see results. I'm not a morning person either but last week I got up each morning and did my workouts before work and it felt wonderful to get them out of the way first thing and not have to think about them the rest of the day. This week for some reason I haven't been able to get up and have been doing them in the evenings.  I find I tend to dread them when done later in the day.  Also, when doing them in the morning you are more likely to eat better for the remainder of the day.

I posted these in my planning thread but thought I'd post here too.  I bought bubba kegs for our wedding party and parents.  I then ordered waterproof vinyl letters from an Etsy shop to put on them.  I did black kegs with black upper case letters for the guys and navy kegs with yellow lower case letters for the girls( our college football team colors).  They were super easy to do and I love how they turned out. I will give them to them before we leave so I don't have to lug them all to Mexico.  For our guests, I plan to do stadium cups with some sort of personalized waterproof label. 

I decided to get bubba kegs for the bridal party and both of our parents.  I ordered waterproof vinyl letters off Etsy to put on each.  The guys are black with black upper case initials.  The girls are navy with yellow lower case letters (our favorite team's colors). I love them!

Now for DIY.. These templates were shared with me from another bride.  

Spanish To Go guides to put in the OOT bags.  Super easy, just printed on a color printer and folded.

Welcome letter (printed on shimmer card stock and cut out starfish and glued on)

Shake for a Kiss tags for Maracas.  I plan to buy the maracas there and hang these tags on them and have them placed on tables for each guest. 

Gracias tags-- not sure what I will use these for yet.

Another tag I may use:

I made these toppers for the survival kits.  Printed on shimmer card stock and then glued on starfish. 

I plan to give one of these mini bottles to each of the parents to gather some sand from the trip and take home.  Will probably type up a little scroll note and put in them.  

I have three of these shell frames.  I'll probably use one for placecards and I'm not sure about what to use the others for yet.

I have 10 of these starfish rafia things to hand off aisle chairs.

I ordered waterproof labels from Bridget at Davet Designs. http://www.etsy.com/shop/DavetDesigns?ref=seller_info You can choose from different designs, sizing, etc. or use your own design.  I got 4 sheets (48 stickers) for $18.85 + $5.50 shipping = $24.35.  She was pretty quick, I ordered on a Friday evening and received my order the following Thursday (and I had her make one change after she set me the proof)

I'm having 30-35 total and will be using iPod and wedding DJ app. I haven't yet figured out what the flow/sequence should be abd who will be responsible for the music, announcements etc. would love to hear what others are doing.

I'm going to get my fiance's band engraved as a surprise and I'm having a hard time deciding. Part of me wants to do something traditional and the other part wants to do something cute/fun.  Any suggestions?

I think 5 months is a little too long. I have an RSVP date of march 31 and my wedding is June 24. We still have guests choosing this week. It's certainly cheaper to book earlier but due to various reasons we've had a few that couldt book til now. I still have quite a few tht haven't rsvpd and I agree it's rude. However, I'm just assuming if they haven't rsvpd or booked they aren't gong.

My shoes.. I wanted something that would be comfortable but also give me some height.  I ordered these after another bride told me about them (jordanb).  I just got them yesterday and tried them on and loved them. I figure no one is going to see my feet anyway and I can probably wear them again!  I got them from Zappos (http://www.zappos.com/volatile-bridal).

I will post pictures of my DIY projects and decorations I have so far as soon as I take pictures.  The color I am using for my wedding is bright coral.  I wanted something bright and beachy.  Stay tuned...

Originally I was planning to go with a simple beach dress, but then I tried this dress on and fell in love.  I lucked out also that I got it for a steal.  It is the Dijon dress by Enzoani.
