My best advice is to: 1) Drink plenty water and only water - add lemon slice or drink it hot which helps to detox organs 2) Do some form of activity for minimum 30 mins day - walk, run, dance, climb stairs, workout video 3) Cut out/reduce sugar and anything white - bread, sugar, flour, rice etc 4) Don't stress about your weight. Or anything. it only leads to stress eating and will add to your problems.
