btw @ carolina, i meant to say on my last post that if you could send the HDC rates that would be amazing lol ------- @yadira, congratulations!!!!! so happy to hear you had the wedding of your dreams!! i have a lot of questions too lol. when you mentioned the rooms, do you think they are small for more than 2 people?? also, did you have any guests bring kids? if they did, how was their experience w/ the resort? i haven't been able to find too much info on that. for your wedding, did you choose on of their wedding packages or customized it? & when it came to music choices, why did you not go w/ a DJ? & the DJ that they have in the wedding packages is it the residential DJ that plays @ the disco? lol oh i would love to see photos too!! my email is [email protected]

I'm going to definitely check out the FB pages! btw, those prices for additional's im assuming its part of a decoration package? i guess i haven't gotten down that road with the WC yet. but even $10/ votive sounds too much! Maybe she will respond! btw if you are doing a room block they will charge a deposit, not sure how much b/c I've opted to let individuals book they're rooms (they pay a deposit then can pay off the rooms as they wish.) I had the same reservations that nrbc919 has, I really didn't want to worry about filling the rooms. but good luck!

same question as LisaRN --- not sure i want to dish out $500 for decorations especially b/c my ceremony is going to be so short. I was wondering if anyone has pictures of what previous brides have done in the past? btw i confirmed my date yesterday June 21st 2013

Hey Ladies!!! My FI and I are considering Colonial for our June 2013 wedding. I am still waiting to hear back from the resort regarding packages/prices & avails for our date. But I was wondering if anyone had the "wedding extras" document -- I cant find a link anywhere. Btw, congrats to those of you getting married woop!
