We did the mint breeze package and had 30 people. The total for the package with the extras was about $2,500. We had about $200 in extras (extra cake tier, rented vases, BM bouquets). Outside photography with the $500 fee was $1,700 for 3 hours and all digitals. So our total (not including hotel/air, dress, invitations, OOT bags, etc.) was about $4,400

The WC runs the iPod for the ceremony (you have to have someone run it for the reception or DJ). I just explained it to her real quick during our meeting and she did a great job! It didn't turn out exactly like I was planning for the toasting only because I didn't understand exactly the flow of things (my WC even tried to clarify with me on the wedding day and I misunderstood so it was my fault). You need a song for the signing of the marriage certificate, which happens right before you are announced, then a song for after you are announced and walk back down the aisle. Then they get the champagne out and this was the "toasting" and those four songs just played through after the one I had set for the recessional (I think that is what it is called when you walk back down after the ceremony lol I can never get it right!). Hope that made sense and feel free to ask any other questions!

Thank you! I know I love the dusty shale jcrew color but was trying to find something more affordable for my BMs and I am glad I chose the hint of mint for nordys...it looked so beautiful and we got so many compliments! I wanted beach colors and that is exactly what it was! I have seen the new nordstrom BM dress color by the same brand (can't remember what it is now lol) and I think it is the beach glass and I love that too. I will post some pics from my phone in a few minutes (on a new computer without the pics). Happy planning

Chapstick labels

It depended on which part..but some were cut off on the top and some on the side. It was definitely a pain!! -

The text was up and down and I never really got it to line up exactly. I ended up just printing extra pages (good thing I ordred more than I needed!) and not using the ones that were really off, and the ones that were a little off you couldn't really tell once you put it on. Basically I got sick of messing with it haha! -
Oh and.. the only issue we had was them coming in a timely manner to steam my dress. They were over 3 hours late and luckily we scheduled it early on the wedding day and it was done in time. So my advice is if you are planning to have them steam your dress schedule it in the morning the day of or even the night before to avoid any set backs or stress (we had to call down 3 times to get them to come up)!

Congrats..it comes so fast! The only advice I have is to not stress about anything because the Barcelo is gorgeous and the wedding coordinators are amazing! We had our wedding at 5pm also and it started to get dark about 5:45, although with daylight savings (I think Mexico has it same as US right? haha) you will have more light. We had to do pictures before and kind of rush afterwards to get pics in before dark. I would have done a 4pm wedding if possible but definitely glad we choose a later time as there were a lot less people on the beach and around the outside of the hotel in general (most people either getting ready or having dinner). You definitely do not need to worry about adding more cake, especially since you are having another one. We did 2 tiers for 30 people and barely ate the smaller tier! The dinner is 4 courses, with a dessert, and SO much food. Luckily they brought the leftover cake to our room the next day and we brought it down to the lobby that night to have everyone help finish:) Have an amazing and unforgettable time!!

I attached our welcome booklet that had a schedule and wedding timeline (if you can't open attachments PM and ill send it to you). We didn't schedule too much because we want our guests to have their own vacation and people got in at different times/days, otherwise I think it would have been great to set up a welcome dinner or something.
