Natalie, I know its so hard. The only reason I want a TA is bc I want all the guests to stay in the same area of the hotel and bc I dont want to have to worry about anything. But I dont know. My fiance told me last night that we should forget about a TA and just have our guests book on their own.

I contacted Barbara from Wright Travel but she said I have to give $100 deposit for each room I reserve so that would be at least $1000 if I block 10 rooms. Im not sure if I want to do that :/ MsVasq is also working with Liberty Travel and she gave me her TA (Thanks again Jessica). I emailed the TA but she is out of the office until monday so I have to wait MsVasq and LisaRN congratulations!!! You are officially getting married!! So happy for you girls

Natalie; So I emailed the WC to let her know that we were going to go with July 20 (ceremony at 4, cocktail at 5 and reception at 6) And this was her response: I have scheduled your ceremony on July 20th, 2013, please confirm if you want a Catholic ceremony and also note that the time will depend on the Priest availability. On the 20th we already have two more weddings scheduled, and we must book a location for each one, I have attached the two locations available but you can just pick one. First of all I thought the priest was available at 4 because she told me that the only time available was 4. Im so confused. And second, I thought I had the option to have the cocktail at one location and the reception at another. Can someone please clarify this for me please. Im going nuts!!!

Hey Natalie, Im having the same issue. Im going with a catholic ceremony and wanted jul 13 @5 but its not available. I asked for Jul 20 and they only have for 4. Im so upset because I feel 4 is too early and 6 too late. What day and time did you decide? I think Im going to go with jul 20 at 4 because I want to make sure is early enough for pictures
