Girls i am so sad. I just found out that the person responsible for bringing shemel and i together passed today. And here i was fighting over ceremony cards that now need to be changed. I never thanked him for introducing us. My heart is so heavy

Yes i don't exactly have the "up-do" face. If anything, I'll just make sure I do keratin 2 weeks before I leave to help with the frizz and pin it up later for the reception lol.

I had my own bridezilla moment Sunday lol. I sent over the decorated raffia fans to the In-laws house for storage. His mom was gone for the weekend for a wedding and he casually tells me "oh yea, mom said she'll attached the thank you/program cards to the fans with her sisters once they get there, since it's 1, 2, 3" I'm like the entire point of bringing the shit over here was so your mom and you could do it. Who the hell wants to sacrifice time in a room putting the fans together that should've been put together HERE?" Am I bugging? B/c my mom was equally upset like just bring the fans back, we'll do it if it's too much for them to do it before we freaking leave.

I have this same issue with the FBIL who may or may not be able to go b/c of his immigration status. I just tell my FI, if he goes..you and your MOTHER are watching him b/c if i hear so much as a snide comment, it's a wrap. We'll see. My aunt has the same issue with the drinking and my mom lectured the shit out of her before my engagement party and she behaved herself. I can only hope for the same in DR.

hmmm i know the resort Im staying at has them in the gift shop. My mom loooooves the dominican coffee and i bring the packages they leave in the room for her all the time. What resort are you staying at?

Were you upgraded into club premium as well or just the oceanfront view? 3. Did you do any welcome bags at all? If so, how did you hand them out? 4. Did you bring much decor with you?if so, any trouble at customs? 5. It was cool that you could just have guests share rooms. That's my fear, they'll be calling me the week before like we're coming to the wedding! Lol
