Hi RFFl, Pastor Rick is more expensive, however he is perfectly fluent in English (he's lived all over the world, including the US) and he's very open to customizing the ceremony. The minister through the hotel does not offer the same flexibility. Also, you are able to communicate directly with Pastor Rick to coordinate the details (ie. incorporating some elements of your religion - to please the parents - while ensuring that the ceremony truly speaks to you and your fiance!). Hi @chrisdeluca! What shape tables are you doing? If you're doing 8 foot round tables (these are the rounds offered at Now Larimar and seat 8-10ppl), then you should be looking for an 11 foot runner which would give you a 1 ft. overhang on each side! Hope this helps Happy Planning!

I like to recommend grouping your questions into "events" so to keep everything consistent and orderly for your coordinator (ie. ceremony, cocktail party, reception, and other which covers things like spa appointments and photography). Another way to make sure you aren't overlooking any details is to start pulling together your wedding day itinerary. Once you see how the day will flow, it may help you realize what you're missing (ex: how do I get from my room to the ceremony site? Who is in control of my iPod for the ceremony music?, etc...) Finally, always ask your onsite wedding coordinator if they have a "Wedding Form" or "Wedding Spreadsheet" that they use or have their brides fill out. Having this form from the beginning of the planning process, rather than receiving it a month before the wedding can help ensure you're keeping track of all your details! Happy planning!
