Hi Renese79! First I would say check with Azul to make sure that they have your date availability for May 17! The hotel is fantastic - we work with them quite regularly and come back with very happy newlyweds. The food they serve for weddings is very good - we recommend the Family Style Dinner. In regards to photography, we would recommend Matias Cano on their list as the photographer to choose! Happy Planning!

Hi all! If you are planning on getting married AFTER your symbolic ceremony in destination, make sure that you confirm with your specific resort as to whether or not they require your marriage certificate before hand. Some resorts do require this, meaning you would need to have your Legal wedding BEFORE departing for your destination wedding! Even if you do not have your marriage certificate yet, they will accept the portion of your marriage license that you are given after your legal wedding! Happy planning!

Hi Julia, Great question! At Sunwing Weddings, you can go directly through us as the tour operator to book your wedding! There is a little more work involved as you manage your own group, but you do cut out the third party! This is typical booking through most tour operators. If you are looking for a more 'hands-off' experience, then a travel agent is the way to go. Someone like LUXE Destination Weddings would be able to provide you with a full-service.
