We sent in the wedding details sheet in January. We were told everything looked great. Then monday the wedding coordinator sends an email confirming an 8:30 reception time. We replied that we had requested a 7:00 reception. She replied stating hotel policy is that receptions are at 6:00 or 8:30. We let her know the situation with the photographer and that it is unacceptable to change times less than one week b4 the wedding but we havent heard back.

Wedding coordinator just decided to move my reception time from 7:00 to 8:30 my photographer was sheduled to leave at 8:00. So now I get to decide weather i want to pay an extra 600 for two more hours of photography, or just hope that a few of the pics guests take are good enough. :-(

I amonly having 3 peple from my side come. Everyone else has canceled evethough they said in the beginning that they were so excited to go. I am still super excited and I refuse to let anything or anyone put a damper on our big day.

Omg that sucks. Wedding planning is enough stress on its own without anything else piled on.

Omg its getting so close. I haven't been on the forum or really thought much about the wedding since December...guess its time to dive back in.

We are thinking of saying a few words to each other before the traditional vows. I am a more logical less creative brained person. After pouring over many examples online this is what I came up with: It seems like only yesterday we started our lives together and allowed our love to bloom. I know in my heart that we are meant to be together. In you I have found much more than I ever hoped, more than I ever dreamed, a man could be. In your arms I feel happy, safe, and protected. You see me with your heart and you always make me feel beautiful. I love you because you make me laugh out loud on a daily basis. I smile every time I wake up to you and when I come home to you. I love you not only for who you are but for who I am when I am with you. I love you because you have made my life a beautiful life; every happy moment is brighter when I share it with you. The many little things you do to please me touch me more than you know. You are the love of my life and you make me happier than I could ever imagine and more loved than I ever thought possible. We have done so much together and shared so many wonderful memories and yet we have a lifetime of memories that are awaiting us. My love for you is never ending. I cherish every second we are together and will continue to cherish our love forever and never take it for granted. I would love some feedback. Criticism is welcome.

One thing I noticed when I was purchasing flowers for mine was that some of the fabric flowers had small threads that were begining to fray. I feel like those would be visable in any close up shots so I only purchased the flowers that had a rubbery feel.

This was my favorite thread when I first joined. It took me a while to find a dress but now its my turn to post :-)
