  1. I ordered it two weeks ago from amazon as well and just set it up this past weekend. I'm soo excited.. I'm going to start my STD's this weekend. Maybe we could share trial and error tips along the way. lol Happy Printing!
  2. Awwww.. your wedding was beautiful! Congrats!!!!! Did you use any outside vendors recommended on this site? i.e: DJ Mannia?
  3. WOW.. U started early!!! Your template looks great so far..It will look fab once you've gone through the first trial run....
  4. Thanks for sharing! Btw- I'm not on pinterest.. i wouldn't get anything done if I was! lol
  5. I don't think your crazy.. but if your AHR is close to the date you return from your DW then I wouldn't do it. You wouldn't want the stress of having to deal with the AHR right after your DW. As pp said gather a group to help.. or have your bridal party help if you have one
  6. I'm considering the AHR only because a lot of my moms side of the family won't be able to make it but as pp mentioned it defeats the purpose of having the DW. I like the idea of just renting some party space (I'm in NY too so I know how ridic the prices can be) and having the family cook and bring alcohol... there are sooo many things to consider.. Don't fret on what day to have the AHR (Saturday, sunday, etc..) Its your day for you to celebrate with family that couldn't make it. Keep me posted on your decision... I'll keep you ladies posted too!
  7. Those are beautiful! Thanks for sharing... I may consider fake flowers now.. lol ::runs to the website::
  8. Thats such a beautiful dress ... you don't want to just chop it off! Have you thought of possibly getting a cheaper dress for the reception? I think a bustle would be a good option.
  9. The earlier the better. That way you have time to change your mind.. after going through this site you will have sooo many ideas you will keep changing your mind!!!
  10. I have a 7 mo lil princess and work FT.. I'm going nuts planning this wedding, working, and studying!!!! The wedding planning helps me escape the reality of work and studying.. but then I end up staying up late ( Like tonight.. lol) looking at wedding stuff all night... I bet my princess will wake up as soon as I lay my head down on the pillow... Any other future brides planning a wedding and taking care of a lo?
  11. Me likey! That dark grey would complement that bridesmaids dress great. Where are you ordering those suits from?
  12. ooohhhhh thats beautiful! Good luck! There's a bridal shop in NYC (RK Bridal) that carries this brand and I believe they carry a range of sizes.
  13. I agree with PP your reception will be fabulous regardless of whether or not it will last all night. You may also be sooo tired of entertaining, thanking guests, smiling ear to ear, etc. Eventually you'll want to wind down look at your new Hubby and bask in the fact that you're now married!!!!
  14. I think just having your FI seeing you all dolled up walking towards him would be special enough for him! Or you can think about something you two love to do and incorporate that into the wedding.
  15. I decided to work with a DW TA. I'm currently working with Babs from Wright and she takes the additional work off of my shoulders. My group of family and friends need structure, if I depend on them to book on their own it may be just my FI, MOH, and myself at the wedding. lol
