I need to loose about 20 pounds ... So I love hearing what you girls are doing to loose some pounds! As for cutting out carbs, here is a delisious secret! When having a sandwich weather it be a turkey sandwich, tuna, chicken salad, ect use head lettuce leaves for the bread-it is so good, better than bread in my opinion. I've done weight watchers before (on my own, never signed up) and its very easy and good results. But again hard to stay on track.
