I was thinking of adding an insert with my DW invitations for the AHR, something simple and one page stating the details of the event. Do you think it would be too much sending them out together? On our RSVP's we are adding a spot for people to provide their email, so we can send out reminders, updates ect for all wedding related stuff. So we could send out a mass email when we return from the DW reminding everyone of the AHR. What do you think?

Hi ladies Im looking for some advice on stag and doe's? FI really wants to have one, not for the sole purpose of raising money for our wedding, but for the experience. We have been to so many stag and does and have always had a good time. I think it would be fun to have one as well, I just don't want to upset people by having too many wedding do's considering people will be paying to go to our DW. We would make admission, drink and tickets cheap and affordable. Have any of you had one?

A pampered chef shower is neat. People dont feel pressured into buying you a gift, if they really want to you will have a wish list at the shower. Basically the bride gets the host incentives of the show a certain % off the products she would like and free products for "hosting" a pampered chef show. They are fun to. Wow, so many beautiful rings ladies. Here is my engagment ring, FI knows me to well... I LOVE the ring and couldn't of asked for anything more. (I am not a huge jewlery person!) As for my wedding band, I am looking into using my promise ring FI got me MANY years ago. It has 3 little diamonds, so Im think of getting the diamonds removed, melting the gold and making the band the same width as my engagment ring and then inserting the 3 diamonds horizontally for a little added something. (I will never wear the promise ring as Im not a huge jewlery person) What do you all think? here is the promise ring

I was the MOH in a friends wedding a couple of years ago. I purchased cheap $10 t-shirts from Garage and made all the girls in the party one. I purchased the iron on's from Michaels for pretty cheap as well. Here they are!

Really!!!! I don't need them rushed... because my wedding isn't until January 2014. But I am starting DIY projects... because as soon as spring hits I start up my part time job on top of my full time job at a golf course and I worked crazy hours 7 days a week. I emailed the company to see if they ship to Canada, if they don't I will probably for sure take you up on that offer Thank you SO much

I think your idea of asking them to come dress shopping with you is a great idea! Girls no one should feel guilty, it is your day and TRUE friends would understand.....

I am so sorry to hear about your mom. xoxox Don't let anyone pressure you into anything, take as much time as you need. As for honoring your mom you could have a small table at the ceramony site with a framed picture of you and her. After the ceramony have the table and picture moved inside and have a candle lit to represent your moms presence. Because she WILL be there in spirit. You could also incoorperate something of your mothers into your wedding attire. If you need anything don't hesitate to contact me.
