Hi Ladies, I hope everyone had an amazing week! I received my flowers from Afloral and they such nice quality, I am SO happy with them and cannot wait to make the rest of my bouquets!!!

Hi Ladies!!! The wedding bouquets at the resort aren't ugly at all... either option will be beautiful I would suggest dinner in the Cuban restaurant, its open so sort of the same idea as the paplas. I like the idea of the paplas, I just dont want it to seem like im so far away from my family and friends. I got an email from Giselle today, I sent her an email last week sometimes. Still waiting on my flowers from Afloral... Kay xo

Hey Csho! I am still waiting for my flowers from Afloral... I sent them to my friend in the states and she is sending them to me as it was cheaper that way. Really? No I didn't get the idea from pinterest, I want to see it though!!!!! add a picture please? I can't wait to get my the rest of the flowers to make the rest of the bouquets, bout.'s and corsages!! I just dont know what to do with them for 10 months, I dont want to leave them out to get dusty/dirty. Maybe I will wait till the fall to do them, although I would just like to get them done, incase other stuff comes up. we shall see! We are leaving earlier than our group, not staying for a honeymoon. Im pretty sure we are going to do a 2 week trip all over Europe for our honeymoon in late spring or early summer

Yes ours is confirmed for January 24, 2014:) there is no deposit or contract. You pay before your wedding when you get to Cuba!

So I took my dress to a bridal boutique to see about what to do with my train.. I haven't tried my dress on in SO long but I still LOVE it!!!! Here are some better pictures of me in it ! Have decided to bustle the train up to the second 'ruffle' for the ceremony and everything, where it gets bustled we are attaching a starfish brooch to add something of the 'beach' to the dress -

Hi Jamdrea, Lisset was covering mat leave for Giselle up until December - ish, my first contact was with Liseet by email & than Giselle. We met with Giselle on our site visit to the resort this year, she is amazing. I hope you hear back from her soon Kay xo

Let me know what flowers your looking at using and I will keep an eye out for you. Yes those are the dresses for my bridesmaids, my maid of honor tried it on and she and I love them. It's a venus dress style BM1277, go to the venus website and search for store locations by you. Than I called all the ones on my area to see which stores that carried venus actually had that style as a sample got trying on with the lace up back your girls won't need alterations

My wedding colours are a dark purple plum AND royal blue. Purple is my main colour, with some accents in the blue in different areas I am trying to decide weather to do the purple on the ceremony chairs, or blue.
