rebeccarpeck1 do you mind me asking who you are using for decor and the welcome bags?? I've been trying to figure out what to do about that! Our wedding is a few weeks after yours and I honestly haven't spoken to anyone in about 5 months because I figured they didn't want to hear from me this far out but now I'm worried I won't even know who to contact since the last people I spoke to were Christina Park and Melissa Zamora!

Hi ladies, i got an email from Maguie Fuentes saying that I'd now be handled by Christina Parker & Melissa Zamora, so I guess changes are happening...hopefully for the best. When you ladies went down for your big day preview did you make appointments on your own prior or let the coordinator do it for you? I'm heading down in 2 weeks and I'm nervous that with all the changes they will forget to do it so I'm contemplating reaching out to some vendors directly myself :-/

I had been having trouble getting in touch with Margarita as well so I called the wedding call center listed on the Hyatt Ziva website directly and was able to book the big day preview for Nov 17-18. Still pretty far away but I will post pictures when I'm back! Have any of you ladies used Vo Evolution for hair and makeup? I can't stomach paying the vendor fee for an outside company so I keep going back and forth with Vo or just using the resort spa. Vo still seems pretty pricey, much higher than the resort spa. Has anyone had any experience with either and recommendations on which to use?? Thank you!

I've been trying to book the big day preview as well but haven't heard back. I was talking with margarita Fuentes and she was always very responsive but now she just stopped responding. Who have you been talking with? I'd really like to book soon! Also, have any of you ladies gotten any concerns from guests regarding Zika? A few people have mentioned it to me and now I'm getting nervous but I see such mixed views on it online, what do you guys think??

Hey girls! I requested some info too and I think its $69/person for 2016 and $90/person in 2017 for the private reception...that's a big jump from one year to another!
