I'm in no way related to Dreams, but I can tell you from experience that the most capable and professional staff of the Dreams resorts is that of Dreams Tulum, followed closely by Dreams Riviera Cancun. I have worked there several times, and they have always been very helpful, communicative and responsive. Hope it helps!

Hola Barbara! I'm pretty sure he will treasure any gift you give him, if it comes with a heartfelt little detail, like the personalized message you mentioned. One of the recent gifts my GF gave to me that I remember fondly is a game controller (for my playstation) with "TAS" written on it's bottom (TAS meaning "Te Amo Siempre" - "I Love You All the Time", a silly phrase we only use between us) Back when I worked in a bank, I loved ties and shoes to wear to work. So, if that pair of shoes is something useful for him in the future, it will be even more significant. I'm sure he will love it. That's a killer combo for a gift: something useful with a meaning. My two cents, some of my favorite venues and what I like about them (from a "photography" point of view): The Royal PDC: One of the best. Their WC staff is just unbelievable: Denys, Michel, Luz, you choose! Right at the Heart of PDC. There are two piers in walking distance, very good for pictures. Great WC staff. Excellent WC staff. Their amazing beach has a long and beautiful pier, great for photos. The friendliest towards external vendors. Small and quaint, I just love it.
