Hello All... I am back and I have to say the wedding was amazing :-) A few minor things but nothing we never laughed off... I wil do a full review of the whole planning/trip soon :-) Any questions feel free to PM me as I may not get to check the forum too much as I try to catch up at work .

OO I forgot q tips in my OOT bags!!! They are soo needed the day of the wedding. The only thing I use to fix makeup mistakes. -
The guys in my group are doing a group excursion.. god knows what .. My brother is planning it. I am hoping they stick with golf as its the day before the wedding ;-) We are doing a girls night.. a guys night and the wedding.. I am skipping on the whole welcome dinner thing. we only have 5 nights together as a group do to differnt flights outr of NS and NL so I want to give ppl time alone. I am sure once I get there I may need the assistance of the preferred club for reservations, but I may not as with children you really can't make plans :-)

God I need to get though this wedding before I think about the AHR... But thats my mom's doing.. I just have to show up in August :-) Hopefully it stays that way! -
Or i could of heard wrong and he said a few weeks.. lol Did you have to contact him prior to the wedding or did he contact you? I leave in two weeks for the wedding and travelling next week so I wont be available. I should probley send him a quick message.

NP :-) Just remember that things happen a lot slower there.. no one is ever in a rush and they are all easy going. If you want something at 6.. order at 5. To be honest room room is never super fast anywhere in my experience. I find if you are nice to them.. they are nice to you! Hense the tip in the fridge always works ;-) Maybe speak to the pref. club manager before hand also. Let him know your plan and I am pretty sure he will help you out!

Hi Donna, What timeframe did Phil give you for pictures? When I talked with him initially (he should be contacting me again soon as my wedding is in three weeks) he told me it would be months before I got my pictures back....

Hi Congrats!! You can email the spa or call to book the bridal suite. Here is the info my sister used to book mine: Sladjana Cvetinovic Spa Assistant Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana Bavaro Punta Cana, DOMINICAN_REPUBLIC T. 809-221-4646 Ext. 7755 [email protected] Secrets and Now Lariamr share a spa. For the welcome dinner I am not sure... from research they may require you to book and pay for that large of a number :-( Maybe call the resort directly to ask on that one. The only contact at the resort i have is the WC.... Good Luck!

No i haven't... i never thought much about it yet actaully as we haven't travel yet. What e docs are they referring to? I haven't gotten mine yet i dont think.. just my receipts from my travel agent.

3 weekends left to get things done!! Hubby and I both travel for work and we each have trips booked in the next 3 weeks so thats even less time to get things together! BUT it also means two more trips to the US to buy last minutes items we might need.... like we could need anything else! HA I am lucky enough to have everything confined to the bedroom downstairs (for now). The OOT bags are a bit of a mess... and I admit I don't even know what I have and don't have at this point. I just need to start packing.... hopefully then I can make sure I have everything I need :-) -
Nice to know.. i kept checking the price drops but the rate we got was saving us 500+ a person. It didn't drop below our group rates.. and now it is showing sold out. I do have an amazing travel agent so I guess she got us the best deal posssible :-)

Hi KDoyle, I am travelling with Sunwing next month ( I booked last year) but I was able to recieve the upgrade and voucher... I was never told of any certain dates to travel or book....

Welcome!! We are doing the same thing for our girls night. From the info I have: as long as you are ordering from the room service menu you are fine. Preferred Club also had a upgraded room service menu.. There maybe a limited nubmer of drinks you can get per order though. If you are preferred you can talk to the contact you have and they can maybe help you out with that. Or even leave a note for the mini fridge guy with a nice tip requesting extras for the event :-) If you have the bridal suite for the day of the wedding they will not del. room service there but you can bring in food. There will be fruits and such there but no actual food. I am there the week of April 20 to 28 so I can let you know how it all went for us when I get back :-)

I ended up buying on ebay "Rhinestone Movement" I got 7 tanks for 124.90... thats shipping included! The girl is a doll to deal with! I went around and couldnt find the iron ons and honestly I am not that crafty anyhow... It would of cost me a fortune to get it done and done right..haha

At this point I want warm weather.. no BlackBerry or laptop, grandparents to look after the twins and DRINKS :-) The wedding feels like a added bonus haha I am getting excited as well, it will be a perfect day!

Funny I just got a email yesterday for information on final numbers and arrival times etc... I have a month left!!! At this point I am going with what I get done is what I get done. I could drive myself crazy with over thinking things. I have had some mishaps the past month... My shoes showed up wrong size so I had to re oder and purchase another pair as I was afraid I would not have enought time for exchange - no biggie my sister gets a pair of Louboutins ;-) as her feet are a size bigger! IF the replacements dont come in time.. i use insoles and heel gribs to make due My SIL blew up at me for unknown reason and no one knows if she is going to the wedding - again no biggie, if she shows up great.. if not great :-) I forgot about garter and cake topper -Take out the garter toss and buy a flower there to add to the cake...solved... This is how I like to look at issues these days :-) Once I get there, as long as at the end of the day I am married and we all had a great time then it was a success!

I have her as well.... my wedding is April 24th... I haven't heard from her since last year after I picked out everything. But there is no need for any communication.... She has been great to answer emails and my questions. No issues so far :-)

Did anyone order from here? I am wondering about shipping times... the buyer is located in China, which usually means at least two months. My last purchase from China was Feb 3.. the item has yet to leave China yet according to the tracking. And I had to contact them to have it EXPRESSED as my wedding is in April... Fingers crossed it gets here!
