    I am in the early planning stages. My FI so far doesn't really care about the minute details. If I tell him an idea he says "okay baby" and that is about it! He likes when I keep him in the know but I can't over whelm him with too many choices! So far he wants to be in charge of the reception playlist, and I pretty good with that!

    ooohhhh beautiful cake! I would go barefoot and do some really pretty barefoot jewelry! You can also go with flip flops and glam them up. With a hot glue gun and some Michaels coupons your possibilities are endless. As far as jewelry I really like the clear lucite jewelry or maybe something blue and dangly for a necklace. But I am also artsy fartsy so my style may not necessarily work for you. Have you checked out pinterest? There are literally thousands of ideas for wedding accessories on there.

    Is it normal to buy a separate dress for TTD? I may have to add that to my budget because I definitely want a TTD session on the beach.

    I haven't had my cruise wedding yet. But I do know there are perks for booking as a group as opposed to having your guests book individually. For instance you can do a semi private cocktail party, or you will get a free berth( free trip for one person but you have to pay taxes and fees) But that depends on how many people book. You may want to call the Group department to see what perks are offered on the ship you choose. I hope this helps.

    Thanks! I think I am going to begin looking at chartering a bus. I think we are going to have 50 - 75 people.

    We are cruising in 3 days and counting! I tried to check out the ship and excursions online and he just doesn't get excited about those things. We are on a STRICT budget, so I won't be doing any excursions. :=( He loves Kareoke so we will definitely do that. On our Nassau day, we are going to head over to Atlantis and hang out for the day. So I definitely have things planned for us to do... and plus we just scored an upgrade to a balcony room. SWEEEET!

    OMG!!!! I saw your posts a couple of month's ago and I did not subscribe to this thread nor did I pin the pic. ANYWHOO I was just telling my FI (He is an artist) I want to do something similar for our STD's and I have been RACKING my brain where I got the idea from! Thank you so much for sharing and inspiring me. I hope you don't mind I may hijack this idea for our guestbook cover as well. Thank you again!

    Congratulations on booking your rooms. I will hopefully locking down a date and a wedding cruise soon. We are going on a cruise this weekend through Norwegian. This is my FI's first cruise, I didn't want his first experience cruising to be our wedding cruise. So please cross your fingers that he likes cruising (so I can continue planning)!

    I have heard of brides buying out the steakhouse as a reception location. They were very happy with the results. That is an option if you are not comfortable with the wedding department.
