  1. Nine West size 8 Starfish sandals/flip flops for sale-$10 plus shipping. Perfect for rehearsal dinner, wedding, or to change into at reception. Cute accessory for pictures. Worn only once so no wear visible on top or sides but the bottom isn't white anymore since they were worn.
  2. 40 Assorted orange and white starfish/flip flop/flower napkin rings and 9 wine starfish stopper favors (2 not in box). $20 for everything plus shipping.
  3. You can do a cruise that leaves from Tahiti that goes to Bora Bora, Moorea, and other islands. This might be more cost effective if money is a factor. The South Pacific is gorgeous!!
  4. I can't find transportation that is somewhat in my budget. I am getting quotes for $26 per person and that is not with gratuity. My situation is unique because I need to go from resort to church to reception and back so it's 3 stops. They don't seem to rent by shuttle bus for a certain number of hours like they do here in the US. So if I have 50 people that is A LOT of money. Is anyone using shuttles?
  5. Thanks! I decided against the little cuts. I figured if my guests have never seen the boarding passes before they would never know it was missing!!
  6. I bought a Fiskars Twist-and-Flip 2-in-1 Corner Punch. It has 2 sizes...small and large. I used the large one and it worked great. It was less than $10 at AC Moore and I used a 40% off coupon
  7. Thanks to you girls I was able to save myself some money and got the cute idea for boarding pass STD's. I sent them to get printed and I bought the corner punch to round the edges. My question is how the heck do you get the triangular cut on the left hand side to make it look like a real boarding pass??? I've searched the threads and saw some of you used scissors? Is that the only way?? Also, do you think it's necessary? I'm debating just rounding the corners and sending them off to save time. My wedding is 11/11/12....running out of time!!!
  8. Congratulations! Sounds like you have a great start! I'm thinking about contacting Anne Marie but I've been able to do a lot on my own so far. We are staying at the Atlantis and having the reception at Luciano's.
  9. Thank you all!! This seems like it will be an invaluable resource! Just wish there were more of us Bahamas brides
