Here are my Dollar Tree cups - with waterproof stickers I ordered from Etsy The colouring is off - but it's coral, sea foam blue and a indigo.

Slowly I am checking things off my to-do list. Tonight I finished my seating plan for dinner. I'm now wanting to figure out the order the bridal party will stand at the alter, as well as the order the bridesmaids come down the isle (5 all together). I am not having a maid of honour (too hard to choose), so it is hard to pick who should stand beside me, sign as witness, etc. Any ideas? Someone I know said I should think of a fun contest and let them battle for the role! lol Anyone heard of this idea before?

Working on my seating arrangements today! My resort has told me they set up one long table. So, I'm thinking Todd and I will sit at the end of the table. Everyone else will be down the sides. Any suggestions on how to organize your guests? Who sits closest to the bride and groom? Do you sit your wedding party together, with our without spouses? HELP please!

I did them! I made a return postcard (1 sheet of cardstock thick), it had our address on the back and I put a stamp on the back and that was it - no envelope, just toss in the mail.

My wedding is in May and I have had no trouble getting in touch with my coordinator. She always emails me back in 1-2 days.

Not knowing the number of guests is the hard part. Did you put a RSVP by ... on your invite? I recently made myself a list and gave myself a deadline for each thing. I basically divided it so that were a few things to complete each month until the wedding. It made me relax a little. Looking at a big list is overwhelming, but if you can reduce it to manageable chunks it helps! Get done all of the things pertaining to you (dress, shoes, bridal party outfits/gifts, vows, rings, ceremony/reception music ...etc.) and do the OOT bags later on. I'm going to try and have mine finished by March 30th. By then I should know how many ppl are coming! For table decor. Find your inspiration pictures so you know what you are looking for. Then you will just need to go out or order what you need when you have your numbers.

I just got my wedding guest book from shutterfly.com shipped a week ago. I made a photo book (hard cover) with all of our engagement photos and it turned out SO nice! There are pages where guests can sign (cute things like ... where do you see the couple in five years?, mad-libs to fill in ... etc.). I highly recommend it!e

Yeah, I believe the Majestic Elegance you have to be legally married before hand. Not sure why!

I also want to do it as late as possible, but my mom is freaking out about it. She is worried something will get fudged up and we won't be able to have our ceremony symbolic lol

I shipped them to a friend in the states to make it cheaper. They were delivered in 3 days. My friend is visiting this weekend so I should get them tomorrow.
