    I just completed an album at Shutterfly with a free code I found. I love the way it came out! I think it will be great to have at the showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and the wedding so that everyone gets a chance to write in it!

    I completely agree! I don't want to comment on something just to comment. "Cool" and "Great Idea!" can only be said so many times Although I'll admit it...I've started doing it here and there to get my post number up. Are you getting excited for the wedding!? It's coming up!

    I'm so glad I found this thread! We are having 16 guests and I had not even thought about the unique challenge a small guest count would make for a guestbook. These are some great ideas ladies!

    Hi Girls! I see that this forum has been dead for a while. I've been on WW for almost a year and have lost about 30 lbs. Unfortunately I've lost some motivation and have gained about 10 back. If I don't get my butt in gear I won't fit into my wedding dress so I'm trying to get back on the bandwagon! How is everyone else doing with their weight goals?

    Thank you all SO much for all this information! I'm really nervous about my makeup. I have tried multiple kinds of eyeliner, but for some reason it always ends up on the skin under my eyes. The weird part is that I only put it on my upper lid and I NEVER touch my eyes when I'm wearing it. So it's quite the mystery as to how it ends up smearing down under my eyes. Is there a particular eyeliner that anyone would suggest that is waterproof and stays put throughout the day? I'm so tired of ending up looking like I have raccoon eyes by mid day!

    I'm getting married in Punta Cana as well, and I never once thought about the sand being hot! I was planning to do barefoot sandals. Does anyone know what the sand is like in the DR in December?

    I was hoping for more guests, but it looks like my final guest count will be about 18 people (including my fiance and I). I have gone back and forth on the DJ issue so much my head hurts. I hate spending the $580 for a DJ, but it's like $300 to rent the sound system! If we have the DJ, I hope my guests get up and dance like there's 100 people there instead of just a handful

    Oh my goodness!! I am so sorry to hear of your situation, that's awful. Is there a way that you can quietly go and not necessarily say anything to her? Not that you're hiding it, but just not advertising what you're doing. I understand about needing a vacation and looking forward to going. The great thing about destination weddings is that it's not just a wedding but a vacation for the guests. So just because the wedding isn't taking place doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy a vacation, and I genuinely don't think it would be disrespectful for you to go. What do your friends and family think you should do?

    Congratulations on your wedding! I'm getting married on Dec. 4, 2013 at the Majestic Elegance! With the research I've done, people say the average temperature is in the 80's, some humidity during the day and very windy in the evening. According to one website I read that December is the coolest month in the Dominican so that was one reason I chose December! Oh, and not alot of rain since it's past the rainy season.
