I'm over this seller. I logged a dispute with Etsy yesterday stating that I was notified on 7/11 that my item was shipped but I never received the items and no contact from the seller even though I attempted to reach out. I got a response LATE last night from the seller with another tracking number and a request to close the dispute. I tried the tracking number this morning and there was no info found, and I had to ask what the tracking number was for, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc because nothing was said. So I went back on Etsy and left a negative rating for the seller because there's no communication and the tracking number was no good. The seller gets back to me TONIGHT with another tracking number and then asks me why I said they had an attitude! I advised that the attitude was from lack of communication and poor business etiquette. The new tracking number works for the USPS and it says that the item was received at the post office at 3:10 this afternoon! Really? I honestly believe that if I had not logged a negative comment or filed a complaint, I would not receive my hangers any time soon. It's such a shame, considering I ordered almost a month ago. I told the seller that some form of communication, other than a bad tracking number, would have gone a long way to ensure that their business wasn't rated negatively. Sorry to rant, I just had to get that off my chest. I know I wasn't in a rush to receive my hangers since the wedding is next year.But don't lie to me and say my item shipped 2 weeks ago and then don't respond when I try to communicate with you, then get an attitude when I rate you negatively!
