    I hear your frustration. I've seen that first aid heart shape on here somewhere....not sure if there was a template for it posted...if you can find the thread, maybe you can PM the person? I'll give it a try too and share if I can get my hands on one. I've just got my kits and need to get them done too...we leave for my wedding a month from today!!! Ahhhhhh!! lol

    Avon also has some on sale right now for .79 cents....that's another route. We're running out of time...so tomorrow we're going out to try to finish getting everything else we need. We still need bags...going to try some different dollar stores tomorrow. I'll have a look at superstore and shoppers...and if nothing comes up for lip balm, I'll resort to online purchase...it'll be between avon and the customlipsandmore.com. Wish us luck! I'll post if I find any good deals!

    I'm going to check some different Dollaramas....I was actually talking to a lady that worked at another Dollarama than the one I checked last night and she told me they had them...so I'll be going out shopping for sure to see if I can find something. Might just have to check Shoppers too. Also, I found this website...http://www.customlipsandmore.com/ ......they will put a custom label on their lip balm for no extra cost, and to get the 30 that I need was only $13...shipping came out to just under $15, so it worked out to be around $1/lip balm. Not too bad...and they say all of their ingredients are natural! Might be worth it for someone...I'm just worried about time, I'm a month away today!!

    We just purchased our tumblers from Dollarama tonight that are clear for $2....and I've read somewhere that you can buy waterproof stickers (probably from Michaels)....even if they are $20 a package, you can print them yourself and save hundreds of dollars!! That was the only solution I came up with when faced with the ridiculous shipping costs! Good luck.

    So tonight we went out and got a lot of things checked off our OOT bag list. Right now Canadian Tire has the bubba mugs on 50% off....so we got those for our bridal party. Went to Dollarama and got clear tumblers for the guests....we also picked up hand sanitizer 2/$1, tylenol, advil, mouth wash, and tums. We're still looking for lip balm with some SPF....dollarama has nothing, and everything else I can find is $3 or more EACH! Any ideas for this ladies? Also still on the hunt for totes....every website I've found is US only

    I saw your post and checked my local flyer - then went to Canadian Tire 20 minutes later. We got mugs for our bridal party - 10 in total. They are on sale 50% off ($6.99)! Thanks for the tip...we've been checking for them to come on sale, but hadn't looked at our flyers yet. Woo!

    Just wanted to let you know that I LOVE the dogs on the beach table number idea!! If I were having a big wedding, I would totally do something like this...but I don't need any table numbers because we will be doing one big family dinner table at our small beach wedding. Cool idea though!

    I'm looking for tote bags - something more of a beach bag though that might actually be used again some day. I'll personalize it myself, I just need the bag. Such as this one: http://www.discountmugs.com/nc/view-product/TOT36/tri-paneled-giveaway-tote-bags/ We're also set on doing a travel mug for everyone - FI wants stainless steel, but I'm thinking plastic to keep weight down for flying. These we want personalized. I've emailed a guy off of ebay - forever 21, to see if he will do less than 50 because we only really need 30....we'll have to see what he says. Then of course, I've been looking into travel size meds for the oh sh!t kits. (dramamine, tylenol, gravol, immodium, etc.) Can't find them anywhere. Ideas??

    Is there anyone out there that has come up with a solution to the problems us Canadian brides face? All of these AMAZING finds that get posted on all of these amazing threads are for websites that either have one of two problems: 1. They don't ship to Canada or 2. The shipping costs are ASTRONOMICAL!! (Ex. $99 as opposed to the Free Shipping that is advertised until you select Canada from the drop down..) I have had my heart broken, umm...probably 10 times when I find something that I really like and that is cheap enough for our budget...only to find out that we can't afford to add the extra $100 for shipping. I realize that there is a thread for Canadian brides...but lets be honest, the finds that some of us have discovered just don't compare to some of these other websites that have been found... Its not all doom and gloom....I'm very thankful we were able to get our Linen suits from Studio Suits in Dubai... they don't care who they ship to! Its all fair pricing with them! Any solutions out there that I don't know about? Any/All help much appreciated! Thanks, SillaFeliz

    Is there anyone out there that could PM me a copy of this list? This Canadian bride is being shut down at every amazing find there is on this site. Not enough points to download an attachment....and living in Canada and online companies charging $99 for shipping!! When its free in the US.... SHUT DOWN I tell ya! lol Anyone available to help??

    Alright ladies...I need some help!! I LOVE the idea of the OOT bag and everything you can put in it. Unfortunately, I live in Ontario and every website that's been posted or that I have found for travel sized items is American and shipping to Canada is EXPENSIVE. Anyone out there that lives close to the Ontario border want to order these items and then ship them to me??? I just can't afford the shipping to my area. I don't know what else to do...you can't really find the individual packets of tylenol or imodium anywhere in Canada....we just spent the day looking. Also, we leave April 9th...so its crunch time! Anyone have any other solution to this problem?

    AtoZ....I JUST purchased those make-up bags for my bridesmaids today. Although they are cream and pink (my wedding colours)...I also got them the eye masks and matching manicure sets. I felt like I splurged on those for them, but they are worth it!

    I too am in the same boat...not sure if a veil looks right on me! But maybe that's because I haven't tried on the right one.... I just wanted to share a little something from all my Say-Yes-to-the-Dress watching....from our lovely Randy... he once said if you don't wear a veil, then you're just a pretty girl in a white dress. That's stuck with me for some reason...so I might just do a VERY simple one. I'm still just worried that it will blow all over the place...so having a longer one is a good suggestion! While we're talking about it....can anyone tell me what the purpose of a veil, or the history behind it?? Good luck with everyone's decisions!!

    Well Ladies, Months later and we now have a decision...we're going to do our legal ceremony in Canada and the symbolic in DR. Although I didn't want to have two weddings and was completely against it in the beginning, I found a way that I would enjoy having two. My FI's grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary is two days before we leave for the DR, so we are planning on honouring them by legalizing it on their wedding day. Which also means we will open up the legal ceremony to parents, grandparents, siblings and niece & nephew...but that's not a whole lot! LOL Thanks for your opinions and info!

    Hello Brides!! I've seen a few of you are April 2013 brides...as am I! Just wondering what date? We're April 13, 2013! Anyone else have any details about photography?? I know some others have asked about it, but there has only been the one response with the website link. Is that the photographer the resort uses? Or is there another one that is standard? We just filled out our Wedding Planning form, and it just lists prices for different packages, but doesn't explain them! Not very helpful! Anyone know anything more about this?? (We had originally planned on bringing our own photographer...but lo and behold, she went and got herself pregnant!! So happy for her, but now we will use the resorts photographer and I know nothing about them!) Thanks ladies! Happy Planning!
