Savs, I am so worried about the DJ now after hearing about your experience. I just sent him (Cesar Mauricio) my song list this past weekend and havent heard back as of yet. We leave in 2 weeks :/ Question about using the microphone for the ceremony at the gazebo... did you think it was loud enough so that all the other guests as the pool can hear you? I want to make sure that im not broadcasting over the entire pool area! I know you said you decided to use the poles with the lanterns and LOVED them. Did you decide this while you were down there, or did you have to give them a heads up before you left? I am also not doing a cocktail hour and hoping that everyone will gather at the beach bar. The only thing I am worried about is that there are two other weddings going on that day, including one with 90 guests! and im hoping that they dont have the same idea :/ Did you notice any other weddings going on while yours was?

Savs, what did you get as far as lights/candles to put inside your paper lanterns. How many did you use again? Did you feel that that was the perfect amount?

I was just told that I have Cesar Mauricio for my DJ.... any opinions on him????

How many days after the wedding did you do your trash the dress session? Did you get your hair done at the salon again? Does the DJ service through the hotel use different DJ's or is mauricio the only one.....

Hey new brides congrats!!! I was wondering if you could let me know what the weather (temperature) was like when you were there? We will be there in 3 weeks and I'm just wondering if it is actually warm enough to stay outside all day by the pool and get a good tan!

Did they provide you with the CD and also a photo book before you left?

Very pretty! Im just wondering if you had to give them your final decision on the flowers before you got down there, or if you finalized them when you met with them a fw days before the wedding. Just trying to figure out if I have to decide now, or I can wait till I get down there. Its hard to imagine what exactly they will look like when you are changing things! I love your hair!! I am having a horrible time deciding between wearing it up or down. How did you decide? Did the salon at the hotel do it?

Is anyone bringing down paper lanterns with them? If so, how many? Do they charge you to put these up?

I do have a couple questions for you that I have been wondering about if you don't mind! 1. I know you said there were a bunch of weddings there everyday during your stay..... when you aren't one of them, do they kick all of the hotel guests out from the whole pool area? Im just wondering where you would be able to hang out in the sun if you wanted to when all the weddings are going on! 2. Did you have salon appointments for hair and makeup? How was your experience? Did you have the other wedding parties in there with you at the same time getting ready? Thank you in advance!

Holy Moly! Are you using the lanterns as your centerpieces or just for extra light? Where did you get them? Do they take us a ton of room? I thought that the hotel provided a sand ceremony set for us. Maybe im wrong. Are we supposed to bring our own cake cutter set and toasting flutes?
