Ladies, I am having a set menu for my private reception and was told that I won't know the vegetarian meal option until a few days before the wedding. I wanted to create printed menus and was wondering if you have wording for the veggie option since I don't know exactly what it is?? -

So now that I'm getting all the costs in from Valeria I may have to cut our private Welcome cocktail reception. Have any other brides just had your group meet up at one of the bars to give out the OOT bags and have an informal meet and greet?

Yes, I will definitely order from that site. The rental prices are crazy compared to buying them. What's everyone's opinion on the wedding cake design? I've seen brides' pics and some of the cake designs leave something to be desired. Do you recommend going with a standard cake design or doing a customized one?

I'd like to do sashes on the chairs for the ceremony but was wondering if it's cheaper to buy them on my own rather than rent from Lomas. Any thoughts on what's the most economical option?

Hi Everyone, I'm going to have about 40-45 guests at my wedding and am considering Salon Dorado for the reception. All the pictures I find don't show the whole room and I'm not sure where the dj and dancefloor is in relation to the tables.
