  1. Thanks AmberDragon. But Why are they soo expensive? I hope the centerpieces are really beautilful as in the pictures. I wanted the Island Paradise the but dunno its really expensive but I love it! Dunno!
  2. I still have a few days left before the deadline. I was told that the deposit is to hold down the group price. If I dont have enough rooms then I loose the deposit. If I need more room than the originally booked, then they can't guarantee the price but they will be part of your group still. I dont pay for any other costs for the reservation. I hope this helps. Congrats and good luck. Keep me posted. Do you have a TA?
  3. Hi, I'm having my wedding there too next year and I have a TA working on it for me. I send the save the dates and they contact her. We did a contract with a minimum of 10 rooms and we made a deposit. That was the only way to insure the prices.

  7. @Kisha311 But how the the theme price works with the sit down reception dinner? I see all these different prices for the themes but do you pay a price for the theme on all the table plus the sit down dinner per peeple? I just don't understand why we seem to have to pay for theme fee if we having sit down dinner reception. Can you please explain to me if you ave all the details. thanks
  8. Thanks for the info. I am tinking about the 3 hours sit down dinner. But not sure yet! Will it cost a lot to have the Seaside serenade for all the group? I am thinking about te Island Paradise theme! Not sure yet. Do you choose your menu on site? My cousin and his wife brought all the weddings decorations from Canada and yes it was a burden that I truely don't want to go through. thanks again for the info.

  10. WOW.. That is a lot.. We sent out the save te dates and I should know by march how many guests. I am expecting a large group too. I hope the sit down reception is not going to cost a harm and leg. I eard it between 50$ to 75$ per person? Let me know what you find out.
