We couldn't have asked for better photos or a better person to be part of our wedding. When we saw the photos he took we were literally breathless. I am getting married at Hacienda Encantada in October and I haven't had the problems that poor mk90024 has had! Ana has been easiest to reach via phone for me. Just call the main number and ask for Ana in weddings they will transfer you. Yes she takes some follow up but in the end she has always responded and gotten me what I need. I hope it holds out through October! Good luck!

Im getting married at Hacienda Encantada in October 2012 so Suzanne's girls haven't done my hair yet but so far they have been really responsive and easy to work with! I just sent in my contract today along with ideas and am happy so far!

Does anyone have the wedding coordinators direct email? I submitted via their website over a week ago and nothing! I really want to learn more about this as a possible venue it looks amazing! Thanks!
