    Well I actually bought it as a sample gown but was only tried on once before me! It's a small shop in a really small town so they don't have a seamstress. It's Allure and blush colored so might be super tough to find a perfect match in color for a tulle skirt: not sure what they can do-- or how much more I want to spend on alterations

    Here's my dress- have not yet had it altered! Wanting to actually make the skirt detachable so it will become a cocktail dress for after the ceremony! We will see if I can find that great of a seamstress!!

    Hi! I'm back to the destination wedding planning myself! After changing our date & plans twice already (I have 5 sisters) debating between Colorado & Mexico it has been tough! I need as much help as I can get! Any and all info about Cozumel would be greatly appreciated!

    Is anyone doing a Reception in their home town after the destination wedding? I need some advice on sending STD's and invites! Not sure if I should spend the extra money on these things if I know they wont travel?! Our dates are 8-2-13 and reception at home 8-24-13...

    Okay awesome.. I will definitely check my local dollar store! where are you getting the raffia fans Mufin? Also, I am struggling because I have no idea how many items to buy, I don't even have a decent guess on how many people will attend yet.

    What will you have your guests do while you walk back down the aisle as a married couple? I assume there are restrictions against some things like glitter?! Are you going to bother with this little detail?

    Has anyone figured out what to do (save the date/invitation) for a Mexico wedding and an @home reception for guest who could not attend the Mexico wedding? Do you invite everyone to both; knowing that some people will absolutely NOT go to Mexico? We are planning an August wedding and I am so hesitant to send out the Save the Dates for Now Jade and not the reception, I have no idea what to do..... THanks for any ideas to help me out

    HI- we got engaged at Now Jade 10-10-11 and now we are planning our destination wedding there in June or July 2013!!! We recently traveled to NOW Sapphire- Jades sister resort in Cancun to have another option- it was beautiful but I 100% prefer JADE!!! I am a newbie to the wedding planning scene and would love any and all advice and opinions regarding a destination wedding and especially NOW JADE!! Congrats to all the brides out there! wahoooooo
