I agree with you, this for sure would not work at all!!! They try to make sure only the people on the list are allowed in, very secure which is a great thing.

We had the same set up, but I don't remember the candle, lol!!!!

I agree with Lindsey you do not need that much decorations for anything, it just looks so beautiful on its own. We kept it real simple and used our hanging flowers for our table and bought stuff from the dollar store (candles) to use and then didn't keep them after. It looked nice and added extra touch with not spending too much money and made for lighter travel on the way home.

We did the white gazebo as well, it turned out perfect, below I posted a picture. Also, we had fresh flowers for our wedding day and I was very pleased with how they turned out and looked with all the bridesmaids and I. The girl's had the smaller version then me and it complimented the dresses and color scheme we had going on. I did use the spa to get my hair and make-up done, but never did a rehearsal for my hair and was in love with how they did my hair and make-up for the day of our wedding. El Dorado is seriously an amazing resort and we were so pleased with how everything turned out we had no issues which made it that more special for us. I did a BBQ buffet, which was set up like a buffet and it had lots of food, it was almost family style. Everyone really enjoyed it because they all went back up for second's and it was like 26 pp. We had Chicken, Shrimp,Steak, Ribs and fish. For sides we had veggies,salad, rolls, mash potato's, baked potato's and more. It also came with mini dessert table. All the meats came fresh off the grill straight from the cook himself. Everyone could go up for seconds if they wanted and alot of the guests said it was one of there favorite meals. It was really awesome. Hey Nikki- we used are home town travel agent who has been to mexico lots of times and she took us to view resorts for a wedding for free and all we had to do was paid for airfare. She goes above and beyond is amazing to work with. She has also booked are other trips and is now doing guests that we had at our wedding trips. If you want me to give her your information I sure can do that, just let me know.

I'm really shocked that this all happened to you, but I know one thing for sure is your pictures by Sarani will be amazing!!!!! I would check up with lomas for sure on the issues you experienced because I am sure they can give you something back or something for free. Best of luck with all of that. Also, I read how you had champagne with strawberry flavoring, sounds amazing. You guys also looked great on your wedding day as well, so pretty and congrats!!!!

I am glad they still gave you the honeymoon package, but can they really deny a beautiful wedding picture at one of their amazing resorts, lol!!!! I might have to try EDSS sometime since it is a mini version,I am always down for trying something different. Thanks for letting me know how everything turned out. I never had a trail run. The day of the wedding she did a great job, all I did was show her a picture from pinterst and she did that and when I didn't like my eyes on how she did it, she fixed it right away. I hope this helps.

All the rooms are very nice, they will not disappoint but the best views are ocean views by far!!! It just depends on what your guests have booked. This resort is amazing and I have been there multiple times, but to me the best are the casitas, but the regular rooms are just as amazing within themselves. You will enjoy!!!
