Sunnymylene- How are things coming with your pricing? I am not sure what vacations comany you are working with, but I was told that Sunwing will do a one time price match. So if the price ever goes down you wil get a one time price match. We plan on requesting a quote 60 days before travel. Hope this helps in your decision making. kristencanada! How many iron on transfer sheets are there? Are they the ones that you can print on your own printer? Also do you know if they would work on polyester?

Are you looking for specific colors? I could get you some from our dollar tree here and you can pick them up next time you are in town. The ones from dollar tree are Polyester, but I think you can still do the iron on transfers.

Welcome to the new Brides!. happyfamily- I have read great things about the TAs from this website. I am using a wedding planner/TA based (Ophellia McNight, with Bridal Affair Destination) in Canada who specialises in Jamaican destination weddings. If you would like her contact info let me know. So far she has been great. She is taking care of both wedding planning and the TA services for us so there is a fee, but I am not sure what her fee would be for just the travel and accomodation aspect. Another great thing about her is that she is in Jamaica often during the high season and is very up to date on all the current information. Jackie44- It's hard not to get wrapped up in everything wedding eh? How is your planning coming along so far?

Krysta lee ann- Those look great! I didn't see those pillows at our Dollarama. Sometimes I find the stock differs between stores.

For anyone looking for OOT bags they have got these ones at the Dollar Tree in Canada now. The one by me had limited quantities, so I would hurry in if you would like to get them. They are a pretty decent size beach bag and are only $1.25! The colors they ave are the same as below; however the blue is darker (more of a primary blue color), the pink is lighter and the green is more of a lime green.

For anyone who has been looking for these bags I found them in Dollar Tree Canada today. What a great buy. Only 1.25 a peice and hey fold pretty flat.

CdnBeatPrincess- I just realised that you are getting married at Firefly. Could you let me know when you get back how everything went. I really want to book this venue, but have been told that they no longer do weddins . I hope you have a great trip and everything falls into place!

tkuzma- As I have said before I am in the same boat. I think only 1 person has called out TA to inquire about booking. I spoke with our wedding planner/TA a couple days ago and she suggested that she would send out an e-mail to out guests introducing herself and encourage to book soon. She also agreed to call our guests who don't have e-mail. She will also be keeping a list for us of confirmed guests! I am really thankful that she is willing to do this and it takes the stress away from me . Perhaps this is an option for others as well?

I have heard a lot of good things about the ones (beach bags) sold at Dollar Tree. They have opened one in Winnipeg and will be opening another one. Hoping to get them there as they are cheap and pretty decent size.

I can't see your pics for some reason . lol What is it? I bought some at Old Navy last summer for about $3. They are super soft and they had lots of different designs. Sears also had some nice ones, but they were a bit pricey. Happy Shopping

marilili! Great job on the invites! They look fantastic! How much did it end up costing you for everything? For the cards your hubby designed them and then you had them printed with vistaprint right? What does the back look like? I LOVE the lace touch holding everything together! Unfortunately I need to go buy more paper for our invites, so they will not be done until next month. I bought the paper in the states and I live in Canada. So . . . . I will be trying to find them in Canada or else making another trip to the States soon. Great Job Again!

I just thought I would post the pics of the cups I got from Superstore today. Thanks for the advice ladies as Superstore seems to be selling out of these cups pretty quickly. Thanks to kellykanester for the heads up! I also tried to find cups like these for less than $5, but figured if I can buy Canadian I will spend a bit more. They do not have the cups in our wedding colours (purple and orange), but I decided that the colors they did have (turquoise, yellow, red/coral, and green (kinda looks like puke green to me, I did not get this color) would be summery enough for our guests. As Kellykanester said, they have a few different designs. I got three different colors, 3 different designs, and 2 sizes. Check them out. I think these are a great find for Canadian Brides and a great price too. So pretty! I got the tall ones (20oz) with the twisty straws and different designs with the small ones (16oz). I am so happy with my choice . Thanks again to kellykanester for the great tip!

I have been trying to figure out wording for the Bridal Shower invites that clearly states we are doing a destination wedding and that we see this as an opportunity for guests to celebrate with us.
