Just got a new wedding coordinator, she is not very helpful (Her name is Ivis). Also will not let me have the rehearsal dinner anywhere BUT Spoon. Has anyone else run into this issue? -
What's the best restaurant to ask to have a rehearsal dinner in? I'm not having the entire group come, should only be 20-30 people.

Have any couples been offered upgrades on site for some of their guests? Our wedding is in June and I've heard some people get extra upgraded rooms they can allocate to people of their choice (parents, etc). Thanks!

Hi! I'm actually arriving on the 21st, my wedding is Thursday evening. Plaza Zavaz has 6 poles, about 10-12 feet high I believe. I would purchase 6 strands. Not sure what others have done but if you purchase packs with 100 lights each that should be plenty! I would check the Official Azul Sensatori thread.

We chose the BBQ, could someone confirm if plates are at the table or just napkins? I'm having menus printed to slip into the napkins. Have others done this?

Hi Brides! I have a question regarding lighting... Withing the the wedding portal, the lighting options seem VERY expensive. $50 for one pole at Plaza Zavaz ($400 for whole thing), The bulb string lights $1500... Yikes. Has anyone brought in their own lights? If so, Did they charge for your extension cords and set up? Would prefer to bring my own. Thanks!
