Hi Ladies, So i understand the Miami office is no longer handling the wedding planning. I used to have Janessa as my contact but now her email no longer exists. They say that someone should be in touch with us soon but I have heard anything. Just wondering if anyone has been contacted by the resort itself yet?

My photographer is going to spilt the $500 fee with me. So that makes me feel better! Doesnt hurt to ask!

Hi Ladies, What is everyone doing for photographers? Beach Palace charges a $500 outside vendor fee or 2 room night stay to bring in an outside photgrapher. It pains me to have to pay this on top of the photographer fee!

UGH This frustrates me.. ITs one of those things they seem to tell everyone different. Maybe i just wont mention it again and hope for the best

You are right! Winners did have them!! They seemed to have a much darker sole then in the pic! and they did have my size But I did end up purchasing these: Madden Girl Sandals (Saw them in Steve Madden for $70) Bought them at Shoe Warehouse for $42. Not a bad find!

Open Bar is only for 2 hours. You have to pay $60 per 8 people per hour to extend the open bar. I dont think this is fair considering all my guests are staying at the ALL INCLUSIVE resort already! I suppose this pays for the private bar tender etc.

I like the shorter veil!! But depends what look you are going for. The second is more traditional- very beautiful. I just personally like the shorter one. Good luck! You cant make a wrong choice!

First of all CONGRATS!!!! And thank you so much for the review very helpful! There doesnt seem to be much action on the Beach Palace Threads these days. If you dont mind me asking how much did you spend on your decor for the reception and where did you have it? I am trying to budget accordinly... And this is the one area I really have no clue about. If you could do everything over again is there anything you would do or not do? I am very excited to see your pictures! -KT

I like the second one! But i seem to be alone on this one! I didnt really have the moment either.. But if you have the time keep looking! Like the other girls said try different fabrics and silouttes. Pick what you are most comfortable in and what you can see yourself marrying your man in! Whichever makes you feel the best! Good luck with the search!
